XDA II ugraded WM2003SE, possible upgrade to WM2005?

I have upgraded my XDA II WM2003 to WM2003Se quite sometime already, now I thinking if it is possible to upgrade my device to WM2005?
Can someone help me to give a good advise and where to get the download file of WM2005?

I already seen xda II with WM2005, but I cant sure if working...Please update

XDA II upgrade to WM2005
- 8 times upgraded devices! XDA II, IMATE, XDA.
- WM2005 interface is really good but poor on performance and
sometimes stop responding without doing anything with it (XDAII).
- WM2005 on XDA is good on performance.

how could i roll back from WM5 to W2003 ?

just put your device in bootloader mode , and upgrade to wm2003

Roll back from wm2005 to wm2003
roll back from WM5 to W2003.
- easy two steps:
1. roll back from wm2005 to wm2003se first
2. roll back from wm2003se to wm2003.
and than fresh reset

After having so much trouble with the ROM upgrade on my Universal (which is still in Miami getting a new board put in under warranty), it was nice to have this upgrade go so smoothly on my XDAII. So far it's been a dramatic improvement in usability. Thanks Buzz and all for the help.

upgrading

i just 2day bought me htc tytn II aka Kaiser on contract i have had experience in flashing etc i had a spv m5000 and i installed WM6 into it cant remember which ROM etc however this was long time ago and ive forgten a lot lol
i want to install a new os onto my kaiser i dont like the one thats been put onto it and im missing windows live and i dunno it looks wierd
so can someone give me some links on the best rom avaible for the UK orange version of the kaiser
the rom version is : 1.81.61.2 WWE
radio version is : 1.27.12.29

Hi, I have listed the route I used to upgrade my Orange TYTN II, if you follow the steps I show on this link:

you will have a TYTN II No simlock, not bricked and fully working. thanks to the HARD SPL you are able to add any Rom or Radio you desire. the links I have added are using the ROMS i have on my TYTN II. There is also a follow up on my thread where in the event you need to return the phone original roms are available.

damn i just did what you said on the guide and payed £20 as well for the unlocking service installed everything properly new sim was working and everything now installed the kaiser software onto it and it goes simlock? whats this all bout lol

Happens sometimes with some ROMs ;-). Did you keep the mail with the unlock code?
If you got your code from imei-check, you can log in to their website and see it there.

MDA Vario III ROMS

Hi Guys I have a HTC Tornado which I have flashed with 6.1 so I am familar with flashing ROMS. I just gote a brand new MDA Vario III so I would just like to know out of the current 6.1 shipped roms could I flash a vodafone or AT&T to My vario III after unlocking using the tool ?
Or is there another recomended ROM that works 100% ?

after unlocking u can use any cooked rom. i'm using Dutty's 6.1 rom working absolutely find on my MDA Vario 3

After flashing various roms on my Vario 3 my the best rom I found and have stuck with is No Frills Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=379411
Duttys roms are superb, quick, however, for some reason Memory Map GPS software wont run any of duttys roms, and there is some fine tweaking that is required. I guess if you dont need Memory Map then this aint an issue! But have a look at NoThrills Rom, my phone has been running superb for over a month now, and the radio is excellent.

Upgrade
I love you to, Cotulla.
I have several XDA minis and it worked fine with all of them.
(They have different screens and other things).
One of them even had an error (rebooting often, low mic audibility, ...) - that was fixed with your 6.1 - Upgrade.
Tommorow I´ll see if bluetooth is working together with my car (rSAP needed).
That would mean, I need not buy another mobile with rSAP.
If it doesnt work, I keep you informed, how I did it.
I WILL enable rSAP because I love my Magicians and I love my car.

Hey Cotulla! man ur work is realy amazing! just one thing, i dont know how to upgrade that rom. i tried it but .....! when ever i open the upgrade.exe after connecting ma HTC magician to ma pc in boot mode, the upgrade.exe prompts me to press the upgrade button and after 30 seconds it prompts congratulations message.! i dont know wether to put the zip contents on the storage card or simply run on the pc> Plz bro ur support will be appriciated.The Wm 6.1 is so awe inspiring

wow, speed is amazing (how much is it overclocked ;-) ), charging works instantly (without booting through WinMo), cold not get to a state without working keys ... i'd just needed a working WLAN or a FileManager to be able to add more apps and do more checking. I'll try to merry the test image with Neopeeks latest CM7 image to enable more testing (without mobile data connection as im working without SIM in my X1 at the moment).
Very encouraging though, a large step towards NAND on X1

pulled system.img and rootfs.img from FRX07, removed the data.img.
Kernel is running realy fast, switched betreen apps, went through some standby, wakeup cycles and ... lost keypad :-(.
Think there's still some work to be done to get the keypad driver stable ...
