Oem lock on (L) and on (u) and (u1) ??
Whats diffrence is between this l u and u1 ??
OEM lock is whether or not the firmware has authorized unlocking the bootloader.
L is the Canadian version of the z flip 3
U is the carrier branded USA version
U1 is the factory unlocked USA version
OEM lock means your bootloader is locked and the north American versions are blocked from being OEM unlocked
That should also mean there is no OEM Unlock option in developer settings.
ok i have the SM-F711B version and my oem lock is u1 but I'm in the uk does this mean I cannot unlock my bootloader

Stock phone I presume. Get into Developer options and check OEM unlock to make sure it is unlocked. If no Developer/OEM unlock you can always flash your phone. Since you are an "F" - international it ought to be available in Settings/Developer options.

If OEM Unlock option is present but greyed then bootloader might be already unlocked. If OEM Unlock option isn't present at all then bootloader can't get unlocked.
