Before this,my phone got a problem but it was fixed(bootlooping)
But then about 6 months later a new problem happened,I press the power button,it shows this, then vibrates and freezes....just like that.
I'm not sure if the image is loaded because I had to use my tablet for a while.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? And my phone is not rooted btw.

This is a bootloop issue just like cwm bootloop, your device is soft bricked and you can repair it by flashing the stock firmware of your country using odin, don't worry, see in my signature the way to install your stock firmware(CWM BOOTLOOP FIX)

from an older post i know from a member here that if the phone keeps looping but vibrating (it vibrates every loop) its because the power button is stuck, maybe this helps you

its the power button
or well, anything related to it. Go to a service ask to open it then to turn on with while being open
if it keeps restarting that should be the problem, otherwise you dont have enough battery but i dont think its that
anyway you can't solve it, go to a service

Great New, I got it working again, Seems like battery life may have been a key issue here. Its loaded up, but got stuck on the blue musical bit and made some horrific beeping noise and keeps rebooting. Any help? I can't seem to get into recovery mode, Maybe thats just my method.
Hello!
I tried flashing another ROM to my S8+. The ROM was downloaded from SAMMOBILE and I followed the instructions step by step. While flashing with Odin ( Odin was downloaded from the link they provide on their site ), 5 seconds after I pressed START the phone just powered off after I pressed the bixby button by mistake. Now, the phone won't even power on and the led isn't turning on when I charge the phone! What can I do? Worked so hard for this phone!!

I tried both of the above and nothing happens. Also, I get no led or charging animation when I plug my phone in. Is it RIP?

Was it fully charged when it when off?, maybe let it discharge overnight
Try to charge it with a different cable/charger
Make sure that none of the buttons are stuck, press them one by one to make sure they work properly
Press power on , plug it into your pc and see if the device is recognized
do all of the above with the SIM and memory card out.....
What setting did you have in odin....
What it was flashing when you pressed the bixby button?

Hi again and thank you so much for all the help!
I had around 70% battery life so there was no chance it went from 70 to 0 in 5 mins.
It can not discharge because it's turned off and I can't make it power back on
I was flashing the AP file and 3 seconds after I hit start in odin the phone just powered off. All the buttons are working properly and there is no SIM/memory card in it.
If I press the power button nothing happens...same when I connect it to my PC....nothing
The phone is dead and so am I ))

Hi
Just the AP file what about the other 3 BL , CP and CSC? and what Odin setting you had?
My best guess is that the hardware is in an undetermined state ..not necessarily bricked but it may be
Keep pressing the buttons , try to get into download you may get lucky and catch the hardware "awake" and let you get into download mode...if so flash the firmware again...all 4 files

If you are in the same base , Nougat to Nougat, flashing just one of them should not be too bad..but when changing base Nougat to Oreo...that is not a very good idea, is complete different firmware and they may not be 100% compatible
lets cross fingers and hope for the best

Hey, did you manage to start your device again normally?
I'm having the exact same issue and there doesn't seem to be any solution online.
Hello it's me (maicanvlad7) but from a guest account. It didn't start so I was forced to use the warranty. Depending on your location you might or might not be able to use the warranty. There is no software solution for this problem, none that I know of at least. Best of luck man!

try this, have you got TWRP installed? if yes try this, while phone in bootloop, hold vol down and power button together, as soon as phone switches off, as fast as possible release those 2 buttons and press vol up, bixby and power buttons together and hold them until you get into TWRP.
