Seeking Developer Help for networking codebase - General Questions and Answers

I'm looking to create a video game that uses a PC or console to drive the communal screen, while smartphones are used as controllers (running a companion app). Examples of this are most of, if not all, Jackbox Games. airconsole.com is also a suitable example.
Can someone out there help me with this? iOS and Android required.

[Q] How advanced is the concept to combine bluetooth with android and the ps3?

This is a question which has sent me into a Google rabbit hole.
So we have a powerful video game console, the ps3;
PS3 connects to select devices via bluetooth, but there doesn't seem to be a working model to connect an Android device to voice chat in game via bluetooth? We can video chat on the correct device, and there are apps such as the BlueputDroid (speaking of, where can I suggest a feature or permission to add a feature myself). Obviously this isn't an easy task. How would one get started? If this seems tacky, consider this; $300 for the PS3, then android devices range in price, but upwards to the $500 mark. I don't know about you, but there has got to be a slip in the programming of software on either the PS3 or Android (or both) for these to be high end devices, but lack of a popular feature among the gaming community. Thanks in advance!
P.S. Yes, I do have access to the Bluetooth SDK.

Game developing on pc?

Hey
So my pc kinda has limited capabilities, so i was wondering if there is an app to download that lets you write games on your android device, similar to AIDE which is used for apps, just instead now for games. Thanks

[Q] Games played on Android and PC

I've been searching for awhile now, and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a local multiplayer game that you play on PC and android devices simultaneously. An example would be a card game where each person's hand would be on their phone, and the card table would be on the PC where every body could see. I have my PC connected to my TV, so something like this would be awesome for when we have people over. They could communicate through either WiFi, or Bluetooth. I know there are a few games like this that uses Chromecast, but I have no need for that considering my computer is connected to my TV already. Does anybody know if games like this exist? If not..why not!? Thx in advance for any feedback.
Well man i guess you can use an android emulator on pc such as bluestacks or something...search for it and read about it

Touchscreen emulation on android console please?

Tldr: need to use controller for touchscreen games
I made a similar post before requesting some help and I was pointed to Droidmote, however that's not really what I was looking for and it didn't really do the job.
I have a mad catz mojo android console and a lot of games I want to play require I use a touchscreen. I've been digging around trying some apps and searching for a fix but I haven't found anything. I need an app that will allow me to use one of my controllers to emulate the touchscreen and I think there's got to be a reliable popular app I'm just not aware of any help?
For example final fantasy 4 looks great on my tv but I can't use a controller.
Ps: mojo console forum chat isn't active so I ask here because this problem applies to any android console thank you.

Interfacing Quest with Android Device, like with Windows PC.

I have been doing some research on how to access the processing capabilities of an android device from the Quest headset, like how certain PCVR games access the processing capabilities of the PC and use the Quest headset as the end unit to enhance the gaming experience. So, I found that the standard Oculus Setup Software is meant only for the Windows PC and not for Ubuntu or Android OS. The thread is about whether there are any software that helps Quest access the processing capabilities of an Android device and enhance the gaming experience, just like how the Oculus Setup Software enable the Quest headset to access the processing capabilities of the PC. Let me know if I'm missing something, or if there are any software that does the job.
