Question Navifly 7862 M500 - Getting Rear View Cam to work. - FYT Android Head Units

After days of fighting to make my rear view cam to work I have finally managed to succed!
This will work for the head units without any cable to connect the rear light signal to. Or with units with harness like this:

}
(I have borrowed this picture from the web).
TBH in most cases it should be enough to connect the video signal plug to CAN IN - but if for some reason CAN BUS doesnt recognise that you are in rear gear the radio wont switch to rear view mode.
To cheat CAN BUS you need to splice the back light 12V signal to the pink wire in the harness where can bus / speakers etc are connected. This wire goes from radio to canbus box:
It is important to connect the signal to the Radio - not the can bus box.
After that everything should work correctly.

mini usb to mini usb

hey there,
I'm searching for a mini usb to mini usb cable. I have my diamond in a brodit holder in my car. It's resting on 2 restpoints where in the middle the usb charge cable is being inserted. Everything fine so far. However, I have a little FM-transmitter so I can listen to internet radio in my car:

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But if I connect this one, my phone can't be inserted in the holder neither would be charge cable fit since the charging point is out of the center:
So basically I'm looking for a very short extension cable to put between my phone and the FM-transmitter.
I know I could probably use something like this:
But in this case I prefer to keep it basic, with just a simple extension cable. Problem is: I'm unable to find something simple like this...
Does anyone have the 'idea of the day'?
I bought this adapter 2 weeks ago in the airport of Amsterdam for 15€, but is similar to the one you posted:

DVB-T Antennas - best one?

Hi all, i have a HIZPO 4Gb Android 8.0 headunit in my Rav4 running Malaysk rom.
Everything is great.
I also got an AV input DVB-T box recently that has its own IR "dot" and remote, so its purely an AV input to the headunit.
It came with 2x 12v (+ and -) antennas that i have stuck to the front windscreen up the top, (driver / passenger) but reception is pretty average.
They are the ones with the 2x tabs flying off to each side with rings inside a plastic strip.

I am in Australia (melbourne)
Does anyone have any advice or know of any better antennas to use? as if im in certain locations, and stopped, its fine.... but other times, it drops signal pretty quickly....
I believe these have an 18db boost...

Need to Replace Speakerphone Mic - Is It Located on the Charging Port Daughterboard?

Hi all,
I bought a secondhand model XT2113-2 and it has a faulty (extremely quiet) speakerphone mic. I haven't disassembled this phone yet, but I'm searching for the part online, and am only finding the part pictured below on ebay:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
However, I see another (mic?) hole on the top of the phone, so I'm thinking the mic on the charging port daughterboard might just be for regular phonecalls rather than for the speakerphone (the regular phone mic is fine) - does anyone know for sure where the speakerphone microphone is? Or, long shot, a decent place to find the part for sale that ships to the US?
The bottom mic yes, just be carfull and order the correct part for the version of the phone you have.
Example xt2113- 2
-2-3-5
The charge port main board with mic is different between versions.
https://www.mobiledefenders.com/ has the correct parts.

Does anyone know if I can connect these to the headunit somehow?
If so, how please?
Yes, normally the center unit is the receptor, in your unit you should have KEY1 and KEY2 wires, the central unit must be hoocked there, and then your buttons will be available in the SWC programmable section !
There can be issues if your car uses the Canbus for SWC commands. Usually, if your car has Canbus and the SWC uses the canbus, then the buttons are not reprogrammable. If your buttons are resistive, then it may be possible to make some hardware/wiring changes so you can use one of these modules.
You'll need more details about your car, such as schematics, whatever type of car you have. You haven't mentioned it.
If someone else has done this before on your specific vehicle, that would be another/the best way of knowing it could work.

Did you test it with another phone/device? I can only guess but i guess its not related to the P7Pro.
P7P prefers PD...
It also seems to require data pins to work - a cheap "shunt 5V into the port" 2 wire charger won't work apparently.
This one should work:
https://www.amazon.ca/Outlet-Charger-Waterproof-Adapter-Motorcycle/dp/B09D34DTTZ
These only works on very simple devices. Like a flashlight, or a radio
Thanks, guys.
One of the two leads will charge it.
Not sure why the other one doesn't.
So, I swapped the leads.
The other lead is charging a low-power GPS device.
I'm going to check the device that kodabmx posted.
I missed it in my previous shopping search!
