Hi, I am looking to remove twrp, i know, i know, dumb idea but i want to go back to stock everything and i can not find a rom or img for the stock recovery. Anyone have it?

You can try this one. You can select to flash stock recovery or twrp recovery.

No, impossible. Every downgrade need format system and data and internal storage. It's easy try to hard reset the Miui 11.

Understand, but whether you do a downgrade or you do a hard reset you lose the data of the internal memory.
Make a backup of your data or copy an Pc all your files.

Absolutely no, hard reset is one of the silutions, I don't know how you did the update but I know that before an update you do a hard reset. Alternative make a downgrade with Miui tool and then update.

AFAIK there is no ARB enabled in Poco, you can go to older roms as you wish

I just flashed it with twrp from MIUI 11 and everything works great, no brick and no app crashes

One is full rom another is ota (small size). You shouldn't flash both.

There is no arb level with Poco. Downgrade possible if that's what you meant.

The ARB level of POCOPHONE F1 was increased from 0 to 1 with MIUI 11. I wrote that because ARB could be further upgraded and activated with this ROM.
Some how my baseband isn't working, my phone recognised sim but showing no signal anyone would like to help me to restore my phone please

You cannot "backup". Going back to stock requires flashing stock ROM.
