[Q] How do you set the still camera to 640x480 resolution and image editing question?

Hello, I only just got the HTC ONE mini yesterday and just trying to get to grips with a couple of things, mainly the stills camera. I can see in the setting you can change the video resolution but I cannot for the life of me see where you can lower the resolution of the camera say if i want to shoot in 1024x768 or 640x480 - can anyone point me in the right direction please.
Also when I have taken the photo how can i go and adjust the brightness and colour and contrast and sharpness of the photo before sharing it using the inbuilt htc camer app rather than having to download snapseed or another post processing app? - I have tried 'edit' and then 'retouch' but rather than sliders for brightness contrast and saturation etc it just gives skin smooth face lighting face contour etc but no control of photo brightness or anything else - thanks for any help.

[Q] Display too bright on Zombie ROM

Hi, so I installed Zombi-X ROM and has been good so far. Its incredible that i can watch 1080 mpeg2 TV streams from my backend pvr with xbmc now and its very smooth and stutter free.. That just made my day! Many thanks to developers, and great documentation guides. I am having a minor problem though. I noticed display is too bright even at 0% setting. On stock ROM, there was option to disable IPS+ . I have no idea what that meeans , but it helped darken the screen so that white background pages were not blinding at night. Is such an option available on tis custom ROM? I have tried apps to darken screen but they reduce contrast and looks washed out.
Thanks in advance.

Black lines while recording 4K video

As the title states. However, this issue is not present when recording 1080p.
Man problem just kept on coming with this phone...
edit: to be more concise it is more like dark stripe shadows
Any photos of it? If you have an additional camera that is.

It looks nice, but I think it would be nice to give a shout out to the people you copied it from: BLACK - B&W Film Emulator for iPhone.
There's nothing wrong with it, but you even took their description from the iTunes store and pasted it as it is on the Play Store (you left 'iPhone' in there, you should change it to 'Android'...), so at least giving them some props and recognition sounds decent to me.

Question Super bright video in the browser

I have a OnePlus 9 LE2115, after upgrading to OS 12 there is a problem with any video in the browser. The thing is that the video itself becomes very bright when I start watching it: black colours become very bright and white colours become very dull. It's fine in YouTube and in Mozila Firefox. In other browsers the situation is deplorable.
I've tried all the tweaks, I haven't found anything to do with video fading. You can't see it in the screenshot. When I flick the video upwards but keep holding it, this problem disappears.
