Question In some sort of bootloop(weird) - Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro

Ive had ther phone for around 4 months and it was working just fine, while i was using it it happened to have some sort of error on the display, it somehow doesnt display anything except a white/grey background with blue dots in the middle. I can open fastboot(not unlocked), and recovery mode, and it seems to be in some sort of bootloop. It is detected by my pc however it seems to be listed as "QUSB_BULK_CID:0404_SN:73F874B5" as far as i know this seems to be in some sort of mode, EDL or something like that after doing some research but no results still come.
extra details:
it has developer options unlocked but is disabled, using light mode, fullscreen display, and i have already tried wiping it from the recovery. Only shows pocophone logo, no miui and then turns black or shows the grey/white screen, and boots again. It was fine at first, and i have reformat it once, which has introduced an issue of freezing, it seems to freeze at random times and reboots.
UPDATE ON PHONE: after awhile of leaving the pone by itself it seemed to have booted for awhile and then has turned on on its usual setup however it has freezed again and seems to go go past the miui screen now, sometimes freezes ( screen shows all rgb pixels) or sometimes just shuts down. i will continue to update if other problems persist.
Edit 2: Was able to get through android setup but now its jsut a black screen or the grey sreen picture linked after the pocophone logo. and the miui logo does not appear.
Ran on safe mode on through recovery and the problem persisists with this screen bootloop
Cant get past wifi part of miui setup, it crashes after the next step of connecting to the internet, mid way. goes black, and seems to repeat everything.

If bootloader is not unlocked, just find Xiaomi customer service/support center to help you. Make use of warranty.

Note 10.1 artifacts on screen and colours distorted

My Note 10.1 is having a weird issue with the colours on the screen. Basically one day it started displaying the sort of screen corruption and visual artifacts you normally get when you overclock a video card too much or your SLI cable isn't in properly. The corruption occurs during normal operation, during the boot logo and even in download and recovery mode. A firmware reflash had no effect. If I take a screenshot, the screen looks like it should (i.e. it's not in negative mode and the system thinks it's displaying the colours normally). I'm thinking at this stage either the screen itself somehow got damaged, though I'm not sure how, or a cable has come loose/been damaged somewhere. Has anyone seen this before or have an idea as to what is likely causing it?

It happened suddenly, one minute it was perfect the next day it looked like the picture. I'm thinking it's just a lose video cable, either that or one of the colour channels/polarizer is missing. I just realised that Samsung has a two year warranty though, so hopefully the repair is free, assuming they don't try to pin the blame on me.

I'm actually asking if this problem comes suddenly one day or keep occurring more and more...
I guess it might be problem of the battery, since it occurs less when it is fully charged or highly charged. Yeah, we know Samsung is notorious in bad battery quality

No boot, no charging - only green LED during charging

I would like to ask you for help. HTC One Mini seems to be dead.
Scenario:
- phone came suddenly from 76% to 0%
- phone was totally hot
- when connected to wall charger, it showed blinking red LED, but after 30 seconds, it turned off - phone was totally hot
- ... suddenly after 10 minutes, phone stopped overheating and when connected to wall charger, it changed LED from blinking red to green LED.
Now, my phone looks like this - only green LED is displayed during charging - see below.
I tried to follow this guide, but nothing solved my problem:
http://forums.androidcentral.com/ht...g-red-while-charging-rapid-battery-drain.html
Any ideas?
Many thanks.
I heard that it can be a problem o motherboard.

First of all what were you doing before this happened? Did you flash anything not intended for this phone? To me it sounds like a brick.. can you access bootloader at all?
Sent from my HTC One mini using Tapatalk
I was running official Cyanogenmod 11 M6 version.
I did not flash anything on my phone - for more than 3 weeks.
I installed M6 and used the phone.
After 3 weeks, it suddenly made this strange thing.
I cannot access bootloader, it does not boot at all.
It only shows the green icon when cable plugged in, but it does not charge.
I have it on the charger about 24 hrs.
It really looked like some hardware issues, since I did not flash anything there.

Could be wrong but I remember my One XL days and I remember an issue with it leading to bricks and everyone had to avoid CM till it was sorted out. Like users could flash and run CM but all of the sudden bricks were happening.. And it may be the same here. But I could be wrong.. of you can't access bootloader pay for jtag or get new HTC One Mini from HTC.
Here is the post from when it was happening in those days - ( may need to go a few pages back )

Thanks, I just put it to service centre. I will see what they tell me.
Phone is dead so I think it is not my fault because there is no single scratch on it.

Any hint about this issue? can't access anything else, the phone is stuck on that screen shape and mode. Tried to reboot and wipe cache already...

Did you ever figure this out? I have a customer's Honor 8 in my repair shop, and it did this as soon as I put the new screen on, and I haven't gotten it out of this mode since, even with the old screen. I've been looking everywhere, but it seems to be a somewhat uncommon problem.

Yeah, I couldn't find anything about this issue on honor 8. I did find people with a similar problem on Galaxy S7 and they said that was because there is a magnet on those smart flip covers and if you're using a fake one or a bad quality one, the magnet might mess up some connection or the sensor under the display... but it sounds very unlikely to me, because any other stronger magnet would be able to cause the same issue then... like even something on your purse/backpack.
Well, but coming back to my device, for some reason the screen is normal again today. I woke up this morning and it was working normally. I called huawei support today because the phone is on the warranty period and had just came back from a screen replacement. So I figured this screen issue was in fact related to some bad connection after the screen replacement. But after I reported them the whole story, I was instructed by the Huawei support to use it and test it during the weekend, because it doesn't sound like a bad connection or malfunctioning since now it's working fine.
What I did yesterday was to turn the phone off (btw, while I had this screen issue, I couldn't actually turn it off... everytime I tried it, the phone rebooted automatically)... so... I turned it off and on again but on the safe mode (press and hold volume down as soon as you see the "H" from honor). I tought the safe mode could help, but it didn't change anything on the screen. Then, still on the safe mode I plugged the phone on my laptop to do a backup on HiSuite and then be able to do a factory reset... I thought this was another option to solve the screen issue, but I never concluded this operation because my laptop was also having some problems (not a lucky day for me hehe).. so in the end I just left the phone on safe mode and connected to the laptop to charge over night... I woke up a few hours later, the battery was on 100%, the safe mode was on, and also the screen was on and on full mode - showing the last notifications from apps... I went to the configurations immediately and turned off the smart cover mode. All my apps icons were disorganized... I organized everything again and decided to turn on the smart cover mode to try it out... it happens it's working fine since this morning even on the smart cover mode.
I really don't know what happened and neither how it got fixed..
The only reasonable thing I can consider to have caused this issue besides the magnet sensor or a software bug, is that I had some lock screen wallpapers saved to my SD card, which is slow speed. That might have caused some conflict when I opened the flip cover. When you open the flip cover, one of the wallpapers should appear, so maybe the phone had a hard time trying to read the file from the sd card and the screen was stuck... I did try to solve the issue by removing the sd card but nothing happened, so I honestly don't know...
Actually i had a different issue about the flip cover. When i was calling someone, even when the call was closed, the status bar remained Green with the call screen still open. Now after a reset the bug is gone. The strange thing on your problem is that's caused by the Honor cover and not by a chinese one..

Bricked Honor 8 from China - stuck on lock screen

Hi!
My 1 week old honor 8 wouldn't recognize the sim card at first, and then the screen would start flashing on and off until it got stuck in a boot loop and completely shut down.
After charging it for some time it would finally turn on, but then it got stuck on the lock screen with half of the screen completely black.
The touchscreen doesn't work even though the clock is running, as you can see here.

However, the whole screen is fine and the touch screen is working when I'm in eRecovery, so the screen itself should be fine.
I feel like I have tried everything. Hard reset, delete cache, firmware update by connecting to the computer and using eRecovery.
I also tried the HiSuite recovery option, which did succeed, but the phone is still bricked.
I would really appreciate if anyone could provide me with the FRD-AL10C00B393 firmware to try the dload method.
Anyone know what else I can do?
Thanks!

Thanks for the link, but unfortunately it seems like they only have FRD-AL00 firmware, nothing for AL10.
Edit: Do you know if using the dload method with an older firmware will cause any problems?
I think FRD-AL10C00B393 is installed on the device, but I've only been able to find FRD-AL10C00B135 online.
FIXED
It is now fixed. I had the phone plugged in and HiSuite opened by itself. This isn't new, but this time I noticed there was an option on the computer for when the "accept HiSuite" dialog doesn't appear on the phone. When I pressed it the half black screen went away, but it still kept reappearing while I was setting up the phone. After the set up it was up and running like normal, except for the headphone mode not turning off.

Did totally CLOSE (shutdown) your phone?
Restart your phone after one hour, don't recharge your phone also. After that it will be solved!

Do a hard reset via recovery and try again.

Try close WhatsApp then test The sensor again
I bought my ROG phone 5 from Aliexpress and is tencent version flashed with global. After opening and setting it up, it was working fine and started playing pubg. After about 1 hour, it just died. No warning or anything, just ploof.
It doesn't respond to anything, power, volume +, volume -. Nothing when it's not charging.
But When I plug it into its charger, it does a boot loop.
When charging on the side, it boots up the android logo then the ROG logo but dies right after.
When charging on the bottom, it flashes the android logo and dies.
While it does that I held the volume up button, I can access fastboot and it stays on with the options:
- Start
- Restart bootloader
- Recovery mode
- Power off
I tried every option to no avail.
When I plug out the charger while in fastboot, it dies.
I think the battery connection is fried.
Hello,
Had the same problem. And after doing all solutions and resetting my phone, nothing worked.
Then, downloaded an app to override the proximity sensor, called Proximity Service from play store. in a strange way after turning it on on off, the sensor strated working normally!
Asus Rog Phone 5
hello.
The Proximity Sensor Always on Issue was a software issue.
I Updated my phone manually by downloading the latest update file from asus website, pasted the update file into root directory of phone and updated the phone. Make Backup of your phone data before doing this just in case.
(Be Careful and read all instructions on the firmware page before doing it at your own risk and cost).
Just match your Build Number with your intended Software Update from Asus website
Alhumdulillah Problem has been solved
I'm having code you can test your sensors or any part of the phone
