I have installed Cyanogenmod 12.1 in my Xeria M Dual with RIL Patch. Still Mobile data is not working in both sim cards. And showing same IMEI for both sims. How this can be solved?

i am using xperia z5 E6653, bought from Australia and using in india, update my device to latest ftf 32.4.A.0.160 using flashtool and also patched kernals to fix drm. now i need volte provisioned enabled to use volte for JIO sim in india which offers voLTE.
Any body pls help how to activated for voLTE. the voLTE settings is not available in mobile networks. pls help solving this.
I'm using Xperia XA1 Plus with Jio 4G VoLTE simcard. There is no option to enable VoLTE in network setting, so please help me how to enable VoLTE...

Here in India i use (Jio) carrier network which support Calls over VoLTE only.
