M2 dual D2302 does not support 4G LTE network...

i am using xperia z5 E6653, bought from Australia and using in india, update my device to latest ftf 32.4.A.0.160 using flashtool and also patched kernals to fix drm. now i need volte provisioned enabled to use volte for JIO sim in india which offers voLTE.
Any body pls help how to activated for voLTE. the voLTE settings is not available in mobile networks. pls help solving this.
Xperia XA does support VoLTE but Sony guys don't provide any update for enabling it.
Give some tricks to enable it on latest nougat version.

Here in India i use (Jio) carrier network which support Calls over VoLTE only.
