Is it possible to flash any custom rom on any device?

Hey guys!
I was wondering if it was possible to flash any custom rom on any device... or to make it compatible with our device.
Like, can I install cyanogenmod 13/12/11 on my device, Micromax Canvas Juice 2 Aq5001?
Thank you.. I look forward to your answer...
Not exactly Cyanogenmod but it's a Custom ROM

I haven't found much about your device sadly... I hope that ROM satisfies you. I don't know about the download links though as you have to message the OP... Good luck with it. He claims that he's porting a Marshmallow ROM to it.
Thank you!!

Well, porting a custom ROM isn't very easy. I would suggest asking the Original Poster of the thread I sent you if you plan on developing a custom ROM. You could always clean up an existing ROM and add your own customization options. Xposed framework and Layers provide for lots of customization..

Do you have a custom recovery that you can flash zips with? You have to flash an xposed framework zip file for it to work

I tried searching a lot for a custom recovery... But couldn't find one. I found out one.. I will install it later.. Can you link some framework zip's please?
This is the post for the downloads (API 21 to 23 (5.0 to 6.0))
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
Download the appropriate ZIP and flash it.
(I would suggest doing a backup in the custom recovery you found so if anything goes wrong, you can revert back)

Questions about Pie based ROM's on P20

Hello! I've been trying to find a guide or just anything about getting a Pie based ROM on my P20. Like AOSP, Lineage or anything. I currently only have access to MacOS so not using "the tool" is preferable, I might get it to work in wine though.
If I where to install the beta for EMUI 9, could I root, install magic, xposed etc?
Is anyone using a Pie based rom and have some info? What works and what doesn't? How did you do it, what ROM?
Any info highly appreciated, Thanks!
The progress on roms will be slow as no way to get bootloader unlocked just now hope somwon comes to rescue i also want to try porting roms over to my p20

For now there is no root possibility for EMUI 9. There is a new structure called "system as root". Which means that you don't have a ramdisk partition anymore. Ramdisk is integrated in the kernel with system as root. Hopefully the devs will find a solution.

emui 9. 0

I recently got the emui 9.0 update. I installed the same and is working fine. But I wish to have the dark theme option, which I find missing. Where do I find it? Or is it not available? Please clarify.
Thanks and regards,
K Ramaswamy

There are few bugs but thats the dark theme you can use

Any fix for Messenger bubble?

Hello, I recently updated my Surya from Android 10 12.0.8.0 to Android 11 12.0.6.0 thru settings. After that Messenger bubble got so annoying. Are there any fix for that? I cant explain it so im gonna attach some pictures for referrence.
I also cant seem to move it, i cant swipe back when on the bubble.
UPDATE: I installed old version of Messenger 266.0.0.16.117 and chat heads are normal again.
Don't mean to hijack the thread, but could you tell me how you updated to Android 11? I'm on 10 and my Surya says it's up to date.

In settings>about phone. Im using EU Global rom (QJGEUXM). Then updated to RJGEUXM.
In the message notification, press the square with the arrow, so far it is the only way to remove the floating chat.

Clipboard manager for Android 13

Hi all
Is there any easy/simple clipboard manager that works on Android 13 (unrooted phone) ?
Thanks
Sorry to hijack the thread, but if anyone has a root one, I would also like it.
AFAIK is implemented by default in Android 13.
