Hi Guys, I wonder if you can help? I have a Ninetec Ultratab Pro 10 and it's bricked. It has windows 10 and Android 5.1 Lollipop as Os's. The Tablet turns on but no post, so I can't enter Bios I've tried the usual reset button combinations for both Windows and Android, but all I get is the power light and both the bluetooth keyboard and a USB keyboard are responsive in as much as I can get the Capslock light to come on. Now, Ninetec support don't answer their E-mails and there is no support on their website. So no go from them.
I have popped the tablet and there is no CMOS battery or Jumpers on the Motherboard, so no option to reset that way. It runs a ZX5 8300 Intel Atom Cherrytrail and the Motherboard ID is T210(Rev05) zeng gc 2016-07-13. I would appreciate if someone could advise or point me in the right direction to either get the Tablet to reset as is or where i could get suitable firmware for this model, as an Internet search doesnt turn up anything.
Any advice would be greatfully received

I think my ipaq 3660 is dead, but I hope not, I was hoping to try and put linux on it. Here's the scenario, I bought it from a guy who says it was working till a rom upgrade went wrong (power cut ).It appears to charge up OK, with the light eventually going solid. Active sync finds it and identifies it correctly but can't connect, advising me to turn off usb connections to stop repeated attempts to connect.A hard reset results in a screen of black and green vertical lines with 2 rectangular boxes near the top which look like text boxes, but with no text.I have download a rom update from HP, but of course it won't install without active sync connecting.Does anyone have any ideas how to save it? I have succesfully upgraded my xda2 a number of times (now ce 6.1) so I have a limited ability.
Thanks in advance
I got some more info from handhelds.org, if I press and hold joypad button then press reset, I get a picture of a parrot, this I think is bootloader mode? It seems if I get this far perhaps all is not lost, it appears this is not uncommon with this ipaq. Unfortunately the solution seems to be to connect to a pc with a serial cable to copy over needed files, but my cradle is only usb, and I'm reluctant to spend anymore on what could still be a lost cause.
Any ideas?
Hi
I have a W500 I did a clean install of windows 8 onto, it booted fine a couple of times and now when I switch it on all I get is the windows key on the tablet blue and a black display. I can tell the tablet is on and is attempting to do somethings as I can see the usb dvd-drive I attached via the keyboard trying to read. I tried holding the windows button on the tablet and powering on but I have had no luck getting the device to even display the bios, I even disconnecting the msata drive to see if it would at least give me a message but I had no luck.
Can anyone help me to unbrick my Iconia W500?
Hello, I have a problem with my MK809IV stick. It seems to be a hardware problem or a feature of my device, maybe you can help me. I can't flash any rom to my stick, because when I plug it in my PC, I have a message "USB device not recognized". I tried different methods, such as pressing Reset key or making contact between 8 and 9 pads of NAND - no result. At first case I can see an Android picture on the screen (sure, if I connect it to TV), at second case nothing really happens: even CPU stay cold, no picture on sreen.
As I know, it's a problem of devices (not only MK809IV), which have PCB, marked CYX_809III V5_0 20140510.
Please, help. My device works bad, there is a low FPS in films, and I can't flash any ROM. I spent a lot of hours trying different methods and searching for information.

I have the same device, having the same issues, and i have tried almost all what you have done so far. Really looking forward, if some one could help with this. I want to install linux on this tv stick.
Look at this thread:
w w w.freaktab.com/showthread.php?15752-CYX_809III-V5_0-20140510-%28CX-919-MK809IV-clone%29-not-connecting-to-PC-as-USB-device-for-flashing-rooting
It is almost the same device (same PCB, but sell as a "CX919"). We are able to boot on linux with an sd-card, but (up to now) I cannot make the wifi works (it is a uncommon wifi module: ESP8089).
Help requested before I am carried away to the funny farm.
I flashed the wrong rom ( phone instead of tablet ) and completely screwed up. Tablet charges OK but only boots to first splash screen and then powers off. Unfortunately this device does not have a external volume control so unable to do a standard get out of jail sequence. According to info I have found if I put the power swith to lock and press reset button for 30 seconds then plug into pc device should be found and windows will ask for a driver. So far so good, windows 8.1 would not load any android driver that I could find so had a thought and created a windows 7 live usb stick and hey presto when I plugged into pc tablet found and Android composite adb interface installed. BUT I still can not do anything with it. ADB can not see device (i presume because it is switched off ? )
I do have the manufacturers rom to get back to basics and nothing on tablet that I am bothered about so could any of you kind experts offer any suggestion as to how I can get rom onto device or is it a case of the BIG hammer and joining the ghost riders in the sky.
I have also tried RKAndroidBatchUpgrade and that seems to find the device but fails the test before flashing.
Many thanks in advance if anyone can assist
Keith

Hello,
i have a big problem with an Allview windows 10 tablet, during windows 10 reset i got a blue screen and my tablet got stuck into a boot loop restarting after windows logo appears. It didnt boot from windows usb stick that i made with rufus in multiple ways with different settings and when i was trying to get it boot from usb i accidentally disabled XHCI or EHCI from bios ,the attached keyboard does not respond, otg cable connected keyboard does not respond, touch not working.
Any solution will be greatly appreciated,
Thank you.
The only option I can suggest is to open it up, desodder the battery (as it's soldered to the motherboard). Wait for a couple of minutes (maybe even hours) and then solder the battery back in and see if the BIOS has been reset.
This may work similarly to taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back in.
I can provide you with this info as I've just stumbled upon your post having the same issue as you. I haven't yet tried this method as I don't have the tools required to desolder the battery right now but I'll post an update as soon as I can to let you know if it worked.
There's also a debug header available on the board but no resources online on how to use it.
