s10e unlocked firmware, ATT MVNO sim, no wifi calling or LTE+?

No wifi calling option on S10E (SM-G970U1)
Model: SM-G970U1
Andriod 10: one UI: 2.1
G970U1UEU4DTF3
Using MVNO ATT SIM.
No wifi calling option to turn off/on in the dialer app, no VoLTE. MVNO said I am confirmed to enable both options though.
Is this an ATT sim restriction for unlocked/non ATT devices? I did plug in my wife's att sim card and was able to get LTE+ but no wifi-calling. This isn't a branded ATT S10E.

I have an Unlocked S10e (U1) and the only way that I could get those AT&T features was to flash the "U" firmware AND the AT&T User Data file that has all of that crappy bloatware. I also used my old AT&T SIM card that had been in AT&T's system for years on previous phones. I had to do the same thing with my Note10+ too.
Another S10e that I have is still on U1 firmware & I just popped in a T-Mo SIM with no problems. Wifi calling etc. Work except I needed to download a visual voicemail app. Otherwise working great.
AT&T makes it so difficult!
It was a must for me because I have poor AT&T service where I live & need wifi calling.

Thank you, that is what I expected from ATT. I will switch to verizon MVNO. I don't want to have an unlocked phone, only to be forced to install carrier bloat.

ATT on T-mobile

I am thinking of purchasing a Samsung Note 20. If a phone is unlocked I assume it would work on T-Mobile. My question is if I purchase an ATT variant, I know the phone would work with a T-mobile sim, but will VOLTE (wireless calling) work if it an ATT branded phone and wether there's an issues with updates.

Basically it should work.
According to the following thread, there might be some issues using 5g though:

I have my at&t note 20 ultra unlocked but have mt T-mobile sim and only internet works! Help. I cannot receive calls or texts- i pop ina Verizon sim and everything works. So I confirm its unlocked. Only with my tmobile sim. Tried apn settings and settings reset and factory reset.

Roaming sim note deduct it since last update only one sim is working also network operators it's completely disabled When i test the roaming sim in note 9 phone its working also 5G icon its on it self when i tray it to off its on it self

Which model/firmware CSC code are you using? Can you still connect on 5G with non-roaming sim cards?

I have snapdragon HK version updated to Android 11. I'm Using in Egypt no 5G Network her the 2 sim are Etisalat Local network And Dialog Sri Lanka as Roaming Network. Phone was working without any problems until 11th of May after that Roaming and Mobile Networks Menus are disabled.. Also i test it the roaming sim in note 9 phone it works ok.

5G working just fine on unrooted T-Mobile NL

So, something interesting happened to me. Yesterday I was checking if VoLTE was enabled on my phone, or if it could be enabled. Then I also saw the network selection setting, which said 5G preferred. So I figured, I might as well turn on 5G at my service provider. It costs 2euros per month, so might as well try it for once. Can always disable it again.
Yesterday however, it didn't do much so i figured I would have to root my Pixel 5 to enable 5G, which was fine. Today however, when I went out of the house, all of a sudden I see that my phone has connected to 5G! I originally planned to root my Pixel 5, just to get 5G, but it's just working out of the box, whithout root.
My provider is T-Mobile NL (the Netherlands) and because the Pixel 5 was never originally sold in The Netherlands, 5G should not be working right? Is there anyone who can confirm that 5G is in fact working, or is this just some sort of fluke?

We had 5g and Volte enabled in first android 12 beta
In the second beta it was removed

No any changes in Bulgaria.
All providers have 5g and VoLTE, but on Pixel 5 it is not working.

Question AT&T unlocked but have 2 strange issues in Saudi Arabia

I have Samsung A32 5g SM-A326U from AT&T, I got the unlock code from them.
1. I have 2 different carrier SIM cards, the 1st SIM (STC) can't make and receive calls at all, but internet and SMS are working fine..!!
and the 2nd SIM (MOBILY) internet connection is not stable at all and keep disconnecting every 5 minutes and I have to restart or put airplane mode for some times to reset the network...!!
2. Also there in NO 5g signal at all in all locations for both carriers. ( 5g working fine in other mobiles)
NOTE: Both SIM cards working fine in my NOTE 8.
I tried factory reset, still same issue.
any suggestion will be appreciated
