So after playing around ,I am in the same boat of Indian msm tool unbricking
Now after restore I am in the latest 11.2.10.10
An the problem is that when I am trying to update to stable 12 I have a “screen freeze” after installation and rebooted .
Also I think that the android 12 is is not installed
I think that because the system recognised it as BA model it downloads the correct version!!
But as I said before ,because I unbricked it with Indian msm , when I do global msm tool it gives me that the device is IN
So the question is how can we change this low level region sh**t
Thanks in advance

This is simple to fix
1. Flash India 9Pro msm rom
2. Flash India 9 msm rom =deselect all checked options and select india and flash
3. Flash param.bin from global 9 =i have attached it
4. Flash global msm and do same steps as step 2 for the options and selecting o2
5. Flashing should complete and you should boot up with full stock global and update to latest firmware and not worry about freezing losing data and signal ect....
edit 1 THIS IS A OP9 AA param.bin if you want the BA param.bin you will have to extract it from the stock ops file or ask someone who has made a msm backup of all files ...

But there is no BA ops file until now
So the best solution is this for EU version
No one until now gave a Ba param.bin file
If anyone can do it it will be super
@papad13 there will be once the upload finishs, its untested because i dont own the eu varient from this thread that i turned into a OPS file
Need help recovering Oneplus 9 LE2113 with MSM tool
Hello, While playing around with custom roms, I bricked my device when returning to the stock rom. I cannot seem to find the correct MSM tool for my device. I can only find instruction Indian or Global variant, but not for the European variant...

How do you flash param.bin?
Each time I tried via fastboot on windows or mac, it would give back an error saying not able to write partition or something similar..

You go to fastboot and type fastboot reboot fastboot and itll boot you into fastbootd mode where you do fastboot flash param param.bin
Thank you, that helped.
I was able to flash the Indian OnePlus 9 msm, but it won't let me flash the O2 Global version msm. I've tried both the attachment and my own param.bin extraction.

Will someone please help me, i cant figure out how to fix the phone. Both MSM Tools dont work, India version which is my origin, and the Global.
It says device model is wrong.
Well I did the FFastboo_SlotB.bat
from the First Sticky, OOS 1.2.4.4AA Fastboot.
it flashed everything and then it went to reboot Fastboot and I was stuck.
Now I get Device Not Matched Image on both MSM Global and MSM India
I'm in the same situation.
I was able to get my phone back into a semi-functional state, but I had to use the OP9 Pro Indian MSM tool (even though I have an OP9 5G Global) . All others failed with "Image not match device".
Now I'm trying ot figure out how to get back to the OP9 Global image.
Yeah, using the OP9 Pro MSM Tool and checking "Lite Firehouse" before flashing should bring your device back to life. Once your device is back on track, you can flash it with your MSM tool for the device.

Yeah thats what I though. I'm continuing to get the "Device not match image" error when attempting flash my device with the correct image now.
I finally got it to do something also. Im in the same position now as you are. OnePlus 9 Pro 5G.
My buddy told me to try and do DSU Loader: GSI+GSM Arm64 under Developers Settings and have the Global MSM Tool running.
Ima give it a whirl.
So after flashing OP9 Pro India, fastboot booted to twrp image and flashed latest full signed zip for my device ( OP9 Global). I booted to system and it worked but had some issues like uncertified play store. I then installed latestupdate via system updater and everything is good to go.

I thought your device was the same as mine LE2110?
So should I try and flash my OTA the India one
Yeah, it is. Thats the screwed up part. The only MSM tool that would work and not gove "device not match image" error was thr Oneplus 9 Pro India tool. Once in that, I could boot to twrp and flash full signed zip.
Weird.
Now I just did the same thing. Bam! Back to my DA OnePlus 9 version. Man it feels good.
I have exactly the same problem you managed to start again thanks to which msm version?
Well we did MSM India Pro...
Then use the MSM Tool that matches your phone.
ok weird at home any tool I have the same error
hello brother how are you?
i hope you will be fine

Anyone who has installed the correct drivers and MSM tool keeps failing with "Image not match device" even though youre using the correct MSM tool for your device, try the One plus 9 Pro - India tool. From there, you can boot to twrp and flash latest full signed zip, then flash update from internal updater so correct image is on both partitions.

Have you already tried downloading correct firmware from OnePlus site. And local upgrading?. And you will indeed have to look it up. This all requires some working knowledge of how all this works.

Hello all, I have found a method for T-Mobile users to easily download boot.img files from your device with MSM Readback Mode so you no longer have to wait for TWRP to work for A12 or can stay on Stock OOS if you only want root. I will also include a pre-patched boot.img for those who just want to flash and not go through the whole process, as well as an unpatched boot.img for c.19 if you want to patch it yourself.
Open the MSMDownloadTool for the T-Mobile version.
Login with "other" per usual.
Press F8 to open the Readback Menu select whichever partitions you want to copy. (if you want to backup whole system or just "boot").
In the password field the password is "oneplus".
The copied partitions will go to the root of your "C" drive.
Your all done now. Just patch the image and reboot.

Yeah last week I pulled my modem and persist via this method, but I wasn't sure if those partitions were valid files or not since all the comments I've seen they mention needing to use Partition Manager via root. Either way, no one responded and I received my unlock toke, so I ended up just rooting and using Partition Manager

Try to say Software Version LE2117_11_C23. But now is LE2117_11_24.
I being reading about OnePlus 9 5G lot. But no one can explain in detail how to root it without risk. I understand a little when you say extract boot.img. But I need to see how you do that with MSM tool. Last time I follow this method I got lost because the MSM tool have already a frimware to flash and install. I can't use that boot.img version. For what I understand, I need to get same boot.img version my phone have. Am looking for LE2117_11_24 (software version) Of Android 12, but I can't find it anywhere. I can downgrade to Android 11 but I need a good guide or video that explain everything. I have windows 11 with MSM tool for OnePlus 9 5G. Qualcomm driver installed, USB driver, and Adb. My phone can be detected with Adb and fastboot, but when I put the phone on Edl mode, MSM tool do not find the phone. Edl only last for 10 sec and reboot. I check divice manager on windows 11 and Qualcomm driver is working. Any Idea or help will be good me. I just don't want to brick the phone. Thanks for answering my question.

What I've just learned over the past 2 days, with MSM and such:
Yes, EDL mode will only be active for about 10 seconds with the MSM Tool, so you must be prepared to hit the "Start" button as soon as you see the connection is Active;
When talking about extracting the "boot.img" , it is discussed in this Post:
safely-convert-regions-includes-t-mobile-as-well-as-restore-the-ability-to-use-oos12-after-using-indian-msm-to-recover-from-a-brick-windows-only.4460859/
if that's what you are looking to do...? I am no expert, myself...
A week ago, I wanted to try updating my OP9 LE2117 to OOS12 that was on global firmware, since I was rooted and had TWRP on my device, I needed to go back to stock, so I followed this thread using the modded india TMobile MSM to OnePlus 9 pro firmware, and then downloaded OOS 11.2.10.10 here "signed flashable zips > LE25AA Global > 11.2.10.10", then used fastboot enhanced to flash the payload.bin file to go back to OnePlus 9 firmware with OOS11, and I did a local update to OOS12 C.48, but after I did, the phone touchscreen was unresponsive and didn't work, and the dual sim bug was present "where my phone couldn't recognize my sim unless I eject it and inserted back in it the sim, the only thing I could do to interact with the phone is the buttons on the phone and using a USB C wireless mouse, so I india MSM again and fastboot enhanced back to 11.2.10.10, I've also tried flashing a custom rom on the device, I've flashed Lineage OS 19.1, even though the compatible devices didn't list LE2117, surprisingly I was able to boot into LOS 19.1 but same thing, unresponsive touchscreen, only operable with USB C wireless mouse, is there is a reason why the touchscreen is unresponsive, and if there is a solution to get OOS12 on the device without any touchscreen issues/sim issues? Any help will be appreciated. If you need any more info I'm more than happy to provide

just tried flashing the tmo modded msm with sha256 checked and use lite firehouse unchecked, but i was getting "unsupported target eu", so i tried with sha256 unchecked and use lite firehouse checked, still got the same problem, currently the device is running 11.2.10.10 with twrp & magisk, flashed the payload.bin file via fastboot enhanced after using the oneplus 9 pro india msm.
So The device was perfect in le2115 mode but i flash os12 ota files by Fastbootd mode and device stuck on 9008
Then i realized The ota was le2120
Now i try flash GLO/IN/EU all MSM file's but its not take anyfile its giving me device image Not match error
In op9p IN can flash device & able to recover but in op9 this trick not work
I need to know is there anyway to unpack and edit details And flash device?
I mean it'll Not check any image but just flash?
If anyone able to help i can happily $ donate

Did you try unchecking (or checking) sha256 and unchecking (or checking) use lite firehose on msm tool options, top right?
(By the way, I dunno if you are aware but someone has solved the problem for OP9P IN target problem after using Indian MSM tool to recover device. They flashed a param img from stock Target phone and were able to use the original Target (Tmo in this case) msm tool to get out of IN target and back to original)
