Rooted Galaxy note 20 ultra (AU Japan) - Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Questions & Answers

Good morning,
I'm new to this whole rooting thing, currently running magisk on my device and unfortunately I happen to have a japanese model and am noticing there's not alot of continuity for SC model devices.. my issue I've ran into is my NFC/Osaifu keitai options show turned on but the switch is faded out and inaccessible. I've searched high and low and can't find any trouble shooting procedures.

[Q] Miscalibrated accelerometer. Anything I can do?

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus LTE, rooted running Android 4.0.2. I recently noticed (while playing Doodle Jump) that my accelerometer was slightly off. If I held the phone straight vertical (or laid it flat) the doodle would move to the left. In order to play properly I would have to lean the phone to the right to compensate. I tested this again with two different gyroscope apps. It's off by about 4 degrees (not terrible but enough to be obnoxious). I also used the in-app calibration option which fixed the problem, but only for that app. I re-calibrated my compass to no effect and did a factory reset to no effect. I don't know is this problem existed before I rooted as rooting was the first thing I did.
I'm unsure whether this is worth sending the phone back over (I can re-lock my boot loader if needed). Or if I did, would they even take it back for such a small issue? I've had the phone for about a month now. I would much prefer some sort of software fix. I understand that certain phones had global calibration options in the past. I have root access and am open to some hacking.
Any help is appreciated.
With all these smart people around here, nobody has any suggestions?

Yours wouldn't be the first with accelerometer issues.

Need help with flashing a ripoff S8 galaxy

Hello, recently my grandparents purchased a "good deal" galaxy S8, well of course it turned out to be a ripoff, not only that, but the software is extra glitchy and crashes all the time, not to mention that its impossible to do anything in recovery mode, its upside down and only selection key works, cant confirm anything, so my plan is to install a custom ROM on it, on back it says SM-G950, but lets face it, its definitely not that, the back can be removed to see a glued in 1650 mAh battery (So big..), but the main problem lies within the fact that phone it self is absolutely unusable, at this point you cant even get inside the home menu.
Question is, what ROM would it accept, and what way should it be installed?
Cheers!
Update: The 2nd Version of phone is G920FXXU1AOBN (Galaxy S6)
so basically S6 made to look like S8
So the model is 920F and is supposed to have Mediatek 6578 processor, but this one has 6528 processor thus conflicting with firmware..

Is the S6 still a good buy?

A few weeks ago my friend just bought a used Galaxy S6, the Metro by T-mobile variant. When he presses the microphone button to record his speech to text, it does not stay on as long as my phone does, the Samsung Galaxy J Star. Recently while it was turned on he said it looked like everything on the screen slowly went black and the phone shut off. He is going to get another phone tomorrow. Any ideas on what's wrong with it, and would it be worth it to use that phone the Galaxy S6 over the Samsung Galaxy j7 Star which I currently use? I'm not sure which phone is faster or has any advantages over the other since even though his phone was the flagship model 4 years ago and mine is a mid grade, but mine is 4 years newer.
The Galaxy S6 froze up twice. Is that normal for a phone that old?
The S6 is definitely miles ahead of your J7 Star whatever, as it's much more powerful.
However, the fact that it froze twice in a few days indicates that there might be a hardware problem with the phone itself.
I'd say the best thing to do is get it, completely wipe it and use it for a couple of days and see how you like it and how stable it is.

Please help

Soooo i got my self and my girl 2 note 20 ultra's and everything was cool then things got kind weird as in random stuff happening 1st TV's then my series x and so I started digging around and my boy checked my phone and he said I might be rooted so I check in to that and it says it isn't but now she can literally control my phone and hers with out touching them (like by gestures) so is there any one that can help me with this problem I just want to secure my stuff and get back to everyday life even if it means I have to root my phone that I think is already rooted

WiFi hotspot: without root?

I used to enjoy an HTC 4G LTE rooted and unlocked, but that needed to be replaced
due to random restarts and display problems. I'm still using it to play a few games
not available to current Android models, while my working device is, in fact,
a Samsung A71 5G. (the old one has been transferred to a newer display,
which allows me to play the games as I chill out in my car before going in to work.)
So my question is this: Is there any way to get past the reduced-bandwidth limit of this device
for tethering without resorting to an expensive root procedure? I was flush a year or two ago when I
took delivery on the phone, but I can't justify the expense now for gaining full root, especially
when my wife and I are making less than we did then.
Is there anything out there for me?
