If anyone is interested, here are the side-by-side comparison photos of the same SM-A127F/DSN, one made in India and another made in Vietnam. The one made in Vietnam clearly has a different brand of screen and is susceptible to the "no touchscreen response after wake-up" problem in Lineage OS and other non-stock GSI's. The screen used by the manufacturers in India clearly has better viewing angles, more brightness with the same settings, more pleasant white color balance and, most important of all, it has no problem with the touch screen. I don't know how this problem is solved in the stock firmware but clearly Samsung was aware of it and put something extra into the wake-up code, may be some special GPIO command to take the screen controller from the deep sleep mode. The lshal list of both phones, at least the one reported by LineageOS, is completely identical.

Most samsung phone made in vietnam are have problem while running an Treble GSI rom. Too much bug can't be fixed fully.
Samsung did a lot of things with this phone.
They couldn't even name it according to their own rules,
It should be named a12s

Actually, Moto G has not distributed in Vietnam officially, at least until now so we don't have VNM language. Hopefully Lenovo would distribute Moto G in Vietnam soon so we have a solution.

I've upgaded my old Galaxy Note 10.1 GT N8010 to the new Lineage os 18.1 'wifi' along witht the Android 11 update.
I have google apps installed along with google assistant but I just cant get the blinking thing to record or search using voice commands??
The voice match is greyed out and i have followed quite a few 'Fix's' on the web but still have no luck ....has anyone else had this problem, and is there a way to get it to work?

Just found this in system/build.prop.
It shows that the a127f was originally to be named "a12s"
I suspect they couldn't use that name because Oppo had already registered it. So they just named it "a12" even though it is totally different from the a12(a125xx)

the sm-m127f rom will work with sm-m127f/dsn, the dsn thing just informs you that there's Dual SIM and NFC

You could try installing different firmware

If it doesn't work you can change back.
Just use same binary
no work odin say re-partition error. i cant flash other model firmware..

you need to unlock the global version bootloader, first to flash the chinese rom.. but now it is not possible.
