Just found this in system/build.prop.
It shows that the a127f was originally to be named "a12s"
I suspect they couldn't use that name because Oppo had already registered it. So they just named it "a12" even though it is totally different from the a12(a125xx)

the sm-m127f rom will work with sm-m127f/dsn, the dsn thing just informs you that there's Dual SIM and NFC

You could try installing different firmware

i can install other firmware without trouble? for example rom for
SM-M127F

If it doesn't work you can change back.
Just use same binary

no work odin say re-partition error. i cant flash other model firmware..

Amazing how no developer had the courage to develop anything for this device. Even the Zenfone 3 has it and the Zenfone 4 doesn't
