After updating to the better all-in-one Photo Pro app, I notced that my camera button wasn't working, just some error message.
Attached is a macro that when you open and enable in Macrodroid will open the Photo Pro app when the camera button is pressed.
Unpack the zip, open Macrodrois and add the macro (and enable)
I found this macro somewhere else and thought I would repost it.

I've modified the @Didgesteve macro so it always work to launch the pro app with the camera button.

The thing I miss the most from my Vibrant is the panarama mode in the camera app. This app from Sony works great with the S4G! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1134048

How did you get it to work? I installed it but it doesn't do anything...
Did you open the app and follow the instructions in the app? You click the arrow as to which way you want to move the camera, push the photo button and then move the camera in the direction you want the picture.

I tried opening the app but when I clicked on it it didn't do anything and disappeared from my notifications. I have sideloading enabled so I don't know what's the problem.
Did you install the one from the second link I posted?
Yeah. It's alright.
Edit: Tried to download it agian, and it says "The content is not supported on the phone. No application can be found to open this file. Do you still want to download it?"

great, confirm working on my pixel 2, no root, updated my pixel cam app.
I found if "Pixel 2 Blurry Panorama Fix" magisk module was installed and enabled, this new camera apk would force close.

Go to settings, applications, camera app and tap on three dots on up right corner and uninstall updates.
I'm struggling to get RAW images to open in Snapseed. No idea if this is a problem with the files being created in the Camera app, or Snapseed...
Just got the phone 5 hours ago. It's amazing but there's one problem... The front camera is taking mirror photos and I can't find the option to disable it. Is this just the problem with my device or is everyone else facing it?a Also, is there a fix?
Thought I'd use Gcam mod but even photos there are mirrored for front camera

Updates:
I tried Oneplus 8 Camera/Lib by replacing the ones in system/priv app using FXexplorer and rebooted. Only Video, Panorama, and Pro Mode works by long pressing icon on homescreen. Filters is only noticeable new feature in video and camera mode.
Gallery 3.10.5 Does Work with no issues I have found as of yet!
Testing some. Camera apk will make your camera broken.
Phone and contacts can't be installed.
Looks like only gallery works.

Long press the camera and open the pro mode or Video mode. They are the only mode that works for me, anything than that will crash.
It'd be glad if someone who tests all apps could give a feedback which apps improved.

Even the slowmo and panorama works. You can apply color filter on video except that No new features or improvement.

Yes, but look like that make no difference, you need com.oneplus.camera.pictureprocessing installed and give the camera permission. I did pull files from the firmware by myself I have also installed others but that's the file that make difference.

Yeah my mistake, I thought the new camera had installed but it was the original form the latest stable. I installed new one and like you said can only access the few modes mentioned by you by long press. Since the Oneplus 8 has that hole punch camera it might be interfering with our pop up camera causing errors! Someone may be able to figure it out!! Nothing new too noteworthy anyway!!

This Magisk Module will give your OP7P Camera on OOS11 with 60x Maximum Digital Zoom in Photo Mode
Macro mode is already enabled in OOS 11 (That's my assumption when i was searching around in camera app)
I can remember clicks on OOS 10 with 20x and 60x zoom, and i guess its better on OOS 11
I haven't created any package for 20x and any other lower zoom values because it will not change in any picture quality when you click on 20x zoom when installing 20x zoom package or 60x zoom package.
Just flash in Magisk app and no need to reboot (not necessary)
To revert back just clear data of camera app

Actually files that are being modified are cache files that needs some tasks done for being created.
The same happened with me but after opening camera app again and then installed.

I did this but same results, don't know why camera app doesn't create cache files
Edit: NVM I closed and open camera app a few times + take a picture and view the picture and it's working now...

Hi all. I own 7t Pro and this is how zoom x100 works with Cam Stellar from Greatness without any modules (2.2x telephoto optical zoom + 45x digital zoom). Try it for moon/stars shots, it should work similarly on 7 Pro. Regular GCam from Greatness works nice with daylight zoom too
