This is another mod based on my universal script and @phhusson work on GSI ... to fix SafetyNet in the "Official" LineageOS 18.1
F.A.Q
Q/ Using this mod the first time ?
A/ format data = mandatory +++ (only once)
Q/ Are gapps required ?
A/ Yes ... and not micro-G !
Q/ is Magisk required ?
A/ Yes ... and the official one !
Q/ Will this work on another rom ???
A/ NO ... only LOS 18.1 Official
Q/ Humm ... but this is not a Magisk module, so what does it mean in english ?
A/ You flash this mod everytime you install/update your nightly build ... before you boot the system, otherwise you will get a corrupted data and a bootloop (due to the build fingerprint regression)
Q/ are the fancy/gimmick Magisk modules required ?
A/ NO ... only MagiskHide pushed "ON"
Q/ is this "kdrag0n" work ?
A/ NO ... it's mine and it's a totally different approach based on my old work for other devices :
It uses the original build fingerprint with some magic in the " init " binary ... watchout !

oh, i didnt read the magisk part, in fact i just skipped all the contents to the file lol
if this need magisk....might as well just use props conf =,=
IMO it is not really permanent, since flashing is required after each update of LineageOs.
While I like the idea, the solution has only disadvantages compared to MagiskHide Props Config.

Fixed it. I downloaded V26 and trying to see how its going.
Bugs I found:
1. Auto brightness is not working. Screen flickering on brightness value changed.
2. Sometimes LED on the notch for notification is always on after reboot.
It seems to be phhusson's GSI build without modifications...
If this is the case I think a link to his thread may have been the right choice.
Anyway is good to see custom ROMs for this new device.
How do I flash the downloaded file?
By fastboot or twrp ??

It does not work .... When I select to install image (recovery twrp) I see several options (boot, system image, recovery, vendor, etc). I select system image and apparently it is installed but when selecting restart it tells me that there is no OS installed.

I said you need to flash magisk.zip. Use MIUI 10.0.4.0 vendor and the TWRP recovery with black theme(Not the blue theme one).

Google "GSI LIST", there is list of roms you can flash but all of them have auto-brightness issue and the notch. Some of them even have more issues.
I am currently using Resurrection REMIX v21 Android Oreo which I find the least bugs and download from the following link. I fixed the notch problem using xposed module. So the only one issue is the auto brightness which I dont mind.

Havos 9.0 seems to be the best Android Pie GSI roms for Note 6 pro. You cant fix the notch since there is no xposed available yet for Pie. Also, Havos has a big battery drain issue cause the wifi keeps scanning in the background resulted thousands of alarms when you disconnect the wifi.

Flashing instructions:
1. First of all you need to be on stock oreo to have the proper files on your device.
2. Boot into twrp (fastboot boot "path to twrp img")
format data and wipe dalvik system and data on both slots.
Set active slot to B
reboot into bootloader and boot twrp again ( fastboot boot "path to twrp img")
copy ZIPs to device and flash ROM
Set active slot to A
Reboot, and wait for booting. It takes ~3 minutes

Instructions mention needing to be on stock Oreo, and a different comment here mentioned that you only need Hex if you're on Pie. I'll be reverting to Oreo in order to minimize the amount of possible mishaps.

Anyone have a working Pixel2 Gcam. I got black screen. Pixel3 camera working fine though.

There is a small bug on screenshot..
Volume down button + power key for partial screenshot..
Three finger swipe for full screen shot..
If i enable both options it only take partial screenshot..
If i turn of "partial screenshot mode"
again it takes partial screenshot..
After disabling both, and re enable.. First time it will work fine.. 2 or 3rd time, it will do the opposite..
Pls fix the Gapps Issue..
cant flash the nikgapps stock - bootloop
Pls give pixel launcher as default
Pls bring the Brightness slider to down
Couldn't find an option to switch the color to amoled black ( settings and menu etc)

Nik Core.. Don't use other versions.. You'll end up in bootloop..
Make sure you flash the magisk after the first boot..

kernel problem, never use V4A with Perf kernel, change to another kernel and wifi + sound will work normally
tv cast bugged. When i try to cast my phone on tv, it always reboot.
Bug report - display flashes once after waking up. Hopefully it isn't something that's hard to fix.

Idk. Everything fine here .Are you using moded whatsapp ( yo ,gb)?. And are you trying to restore your backups using apps like migrate swift?.

No I'm just trying to use local backups, which is something I've always done.
I'm just not getting the prompt for restoring Whatsapp Backup. It tries to get it via google drive (there's nothing there), then it just keeps on searching.
Check your backups are on proper path. It should be in /Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp/Databases

I've tried both. Up until 7.8, it could restore directly from /WhatsApp.
This time I tried copying the Database folder into /Android/media/com.whatsapp/Whatsapp/Database as you suggested but still no luck
Maybe there was an issue with having two copies of Database? I'll try deleting one and see what happens. Its just that file transfer even with adb push and pull is so slow in Android 11. It takes about 2.5x as long as it did in Android 10 and makes testing of any sort really cumbersome.

That did it!
To clarify, thank you for pointing out for the exact location, I was being lazy and typing out the gist of the address.
But what fixed it was adb pushing my backup directly to the Android > media directly, instead of the /sdcard/ as I had previously done.

Hi, the download is by AFH (its an unofficial module) at the bottom u will find the download as "ThemeCenter UPatch", before the warning, just press it
The module doesnt include any APK, please read the thread, the patching is direct in ur stock ThemeCenter

Yes I found. But anyway it doesn't do the trick. Flashed via TwRP then installed the them then Flashed again but theme goes back to default

Huh? Its a magisk module, u must install it using the magisk app
doesnt work on galaxy s22 ultra snap
this phone is unsupported
well. somehow - now its working. by itself. weird.
