Hi guys.
I purchased this tablet used, but didn't get charger with it,except some no name charger which is 5V and 1.5 A.
But I have OEM charger (Samsung) from S7 edge which is specified 9V-1.67A and 5V-2 A.
So which one should I use that would better suit this tablet?

hello all. other than paying for the OEM charger that comes with the phone can anyone recommend an aftermarket one that charges just as fast as the OEM.

They are only 10-11 bucks shipped all over ebay. Not worth trying to scrimp another few bucks...just buy the OEM.

Fast charger or adaptive fast charger? Since the fast charger is on Samsung site but the adaptive not yet I would try to guess you are looking for the adaptive one, hold your breath it will come out someday, I am waiting for it too, am using a N7000 charger as second one (home charging) at office I have the charger of the Note 4.

I'm in the market for dual home and car chargers.
I never knew about QuickCharge 2.0 that my Note 4 and my wife A500F is capable of, but now I see that.
I can't find any "dual" charger from known firm (Lots of at AliExpress). Is it just unavailable ?
Is there really a big difference between QC2.0 capable charger and 2.5A charger ? (saw Anker 2.4AX2 or iOttie 2.5Ax2).

I haven't seen a Qualcomm 2.0 Quick Charge charger that is both AC and a car charger. Getwow has both an AC wall charger and a car charger. Check Amazon. I have the Getwow AC wall charger and it works well with my Note 4.

I mean dual USB port. one for home and one for car.
how important is the Quick Charge 2.0 ?
my opinion, quick charge is critical. it really works especially when your device has been drained. I doubt i would ever get another device without it. It is more important to me than wireless charge which is a convenience

I bought an Itian Fast charger from Amazon. Since I'm in Canada not sure f the link would help...it's 20USD - which translated to a LOT more in CAD
But I measured the current and it delivers 1.6A at 9V. Speedy charges...

Hello,
Buying the 8T in place of the Pixel 5 I knew I had two flaws to cover.
1. The Google Camera which is obviously done by one the many ports out there and
2. The wireless charging.
For the latter, is there a manufacturer who does a Qi adapter to be placed in a specific cover with a carved placing ? That would be it!
Also, I tried a 10W adapter bought on Amazon. It was indeed charging at a 10W "speed" but I couldn't let the phone on the wireless charger the whole night like I was doing with my iPhone Xs. It was buzzing and hot as f***. So I returned it. Maybe a 5W could be better ?
So a software switch could be the thing to disable it. Or a couple made from the adapter and the wireless charger ?
I think all available models are far from what is available when the charging coil is integrated inside the phone.
Any ideas ?
Does my question really interests no other 8T owner..?
