[Q] Installing TWRP Recovery Huawei Ascend P6

Hello,
I´m Trying to make this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2630208) work on my Huawei,
but i´ve run into some problems.
I cant get my phone to go in fastboot and ADB keeps saying Waiting for devices or says Error device not found.
This image shows what im getting if i connect my phone to my PC and reboot it using VOL UP + VOL DOWN + POWER

im sure my phone is running the right Firmware ( B118) here is a screenshot please tell me if im doing anything wrong.

[Q] Win10 fastboot - Doesn't work. Once worked. S1boot doesn't show up device manager

Hi,
I tried every way and guides shown here. Even disabling driver integrity checks et cetera.
Currently, there's a default stock ROM on my Xperia Z2.
I install the adb-setup-1.4.2.exe installer which installs adb / fastboot + the drivers for my X64 Win10.
Alright.
Reboot.
Then I plug in the USB cord into my turned off phone and hold Volume Up.
My phone vibrates.
I release the button.
Then in tthe Device Manager, this shows up:

Everytime.the.same.****ing.THING!
Anybody had the same problem?
One time, through some curious wonder, it worked. S1boot showed up and even the correct driver was instaled (back then via the adb-setup by a XDA user).
Well, what am I doing wrong?
I would be glad for any help. I've tried any troubleshooting guide there is by now and I am at the end of my knowledge.

To fix it do follow steps shown below
First Press on start menu
Search For "Device Manager"
Then Press Enter after it plug your phone into pc you will find a yellow singed driver Named MTPdriver As shown as in below image
Right click on driver and press on update drivers after it click on manual drivers
After it you will find two drivers there one MTP devices and MTP USB devices
Done you will get Your phone storage Mounted on pc :highfive:

QHSUSB_BULK not showing in device manager

pls help i want to unbrick my oneplus one with the color.zip tool but, qhsusb_bulk is not showing in device manager if i connect my OPO

if i hold VOL UP and Power buttons i get this screen (see picture)
I get that after charging.

i have onenplus 8 IN2013 in the middle of instantnoodle something happened and it stopped with error
now im stuck with this error:

I tried it again but clicking enum doesn’t work. I noticed when you first open the Msmtools and under the COM column yours already said COM14 and next to that had the N/A under the “Status of connection” Column . However that doesn’t even show on mine. It is completely empty.
