The root process or custom recovery on a Alcatel OneTouch SHINE LITE (No bootloader?)

Hello, and before I get into it, yes I have tried many ways. Using adb, using one of those root tools for PC and Android. Etc
And yes the bootloader is unlocked in developer settings

I think the error is the bootloader
This is too see if we can find the bootloader on this phone.
I have tried "adb reboot bootloader" that just restarts the phone,
I've tried rebooting into recovery and selecting the reboot into bootloader option.
That again just starts the phone.
I also found that with the recovery menu adb option my pc does not recognise it, so maybe there is no drivers for the adb in recovery mode if someone could find drivers for that that'd be great :laugh:
I am currently stumped on my progress on this phone. And would like some help

I was trying to install TWRP and flash an image to my Honor 6X but at some point it just wouldn't want to reboot anymore and just stayed in the following screen.

Does anyone know what to do now? Just booting into the OS would be enough.
Edit: Just left it charging and it booted, lol
Edit 2: after trying to reboot into bootloader its stuck again :/
Edit 3: It booted again after like half an hour. there doesnt seem to be any logic behind the reason it boots. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt.

Power off device by Holding power button
Then boot into bootloader by holding volume down and plug usb
Then Flash elite twrp

hello there,I am new here in xda forum and sorry if I have done anything wrong.
Back to the topic,I felt bored recently and wanted to fix my old dead softbrick? asus zenfone 2 ze551ml but I tried many methods from the internet like setting adb fastboot command prompt from my laptop or SD card stock rom installation,and yet everytime I booted the phone into recovery mode and it showed this msg I know I need to install stock rom but I cant even process to the recovery mode or even my laptop cant even locate the phone signal so how to fix it?
would be very nice of you if you help me,thx!!!

Question Lg vk410 stuck

I Messed up my lg vk410, carrier is verizon....it now just loops the lg logo and I get the dead android guy that says (no command)....is there any way of salvaging this device? I am just learning adb and fastboot...Not a huge deal but figured this would be a great learning experience.. Thanks for any input

I tried it again but clicking enum doesn’t work. I noticed when you first open the Msmtools and under the COM column yours already said COM14 and next to that had the N/A under the “Status of connection” Column . However that doesn’t even show on mine. It is completely empty.
