What is the last firmware version in the US? I have the version as attached.
The only update I got was in end-August, right after I received the watch.

1st June AUGC version on GW4 44mm LTE in Romania
From what I have read BUH9 is the most current firmware for LTE watch in US. I do not believe that the LTE watch in US received either of the two September updates (BUI5 and CUID).
It does. 44mm LTE. Poland. It fixed touch bezel. Now it works almost as good as on Watch Active 2.
X
Good news that some parts of the world people are getting updates on LTE watches. I imagine this has to do with there being multiple versions of all 4 LTE watches. There are 3 versions of the Watch4 LTE models and 4 versions of the LTE Watch4 Classic models. Each of these versions are configured with different band support (LTE & UMTS). I expect this makes doing updates more difficult.
I am on BUH9 of 23-Aug, and there are 2 updates after that, of 10-Sep and 29-Sep. I am missing both.
Latest is R880XXU1CUID of 29-Sep.
No idea why it does not update.

Confused. I thought you said you had LTE watch. You are listing updates of Bluetooth model of 42mm Classic. The 42mm Classic LTE model is SM-R885. Do you have bluetooth or LTE version?

Mine has this version (Romania)
Anyone in the U.S. seen an update recently? Got one after receiving the watch but nothing since.... Keep seeing other people getting updates, fixing the overheating, bezel and battery life somewhat, but I still haven't seen anything but the first one a month ago BUH9 I think....

Does someone know a dongle that allow to use 3G/4G on my tablet ? With some apps, I would like to transform it into a "phone" so I could call and use it everywhere (like the LTE variant). For the moment I'm not root since I don't want to trip Knox. Does any know one ? Big thanks in advance !
How can you do that with a custom rom in the first place?

I would get the LTE variant and sell your old one on ebay or something. Even if u do get a dongle, u will have something 2 inches sticking out of a heavy tablet, u will end up breaking the port.
I actually use google voice and hangouts dialer to convert my tablet into a phone and it works really well. I have LTE variant.

Gear S2 Classic from US: (Model SM-R732) - S/W Version# R732XXU2AOJ3
I got the Verizon Gear S2 3G. I never updated it or checked for updates because I don't know how root works on Tizen yet but my model # is SM-R730V software version is R730VVRU1AOJ6.
I have the AT&T S2 3G version and the software version is R730AUCU1AOL3

Same specs here as above.
I would add:
1) Watch Model Version: SM-730A (6107A) which is found on the back face of the watch.
2) I believe the 730T refers to T-Mobile and 730A refers to ATT as far as the codes are concerned for the Gear S2 3G models.

Yeah I feel that there should be a bit more granularity in the forum itself. I would split it out similar to what you have above due to the different specs, form factors, functionalities and accessories. For example as far as I can tell the bands of the Classics don't fit the Gear S2 and Gear S2 3G but its possible the S2 and S2 3G bands do. Obviously there are more radios in the 3G and the functionality and battery life are quite different between the S2 non-3G and 3G. This also means that things like protectors that fit the S2 don't fit the S2 3G due to the different form factors. Gets a little confusing for non-techies IMHO.

This thread is only for the software versions. I think the way it currently works fine. I do agree we need to have some sub forums for the different verisons.
I agree they should split it up like they do with smartphones. Although I think this is okay for now since this device really has no development yet. I think it's good for collaboration purposes to have one central outlet. Once/if development takes off then they should split it up by model and branch off the 3G's by carrier. I wanna root this thing already! Too bad there is nothing available yet

I have the SM-A525F/DS 8GB/256GB version which I believe is made in India and is sold as the Europe and Global / International model? It is very hard to find information on this model. Even trying to find prices on the 8GB/256GB model is hard to find as it seems to be out of stock everywhere I check online. I only paid $300 for an open-box unit so no complaints here.

Yes and no. Google has been pushing out features that no one knew they needed, and most are pretty badass. You can root without losing the warranty, and you get updates and new OS launches on day one. Those things were hard to leave. However, I've always had to root my pixels. Google doesn't give you hardly any customization options. The fonts suck, and you can't install any others, no icon packs unless you use a different launcher, and with A12, they gave us a whole 4 colors to choose from. Four, awful, awful colors. I was able to change them with root thankfully though. They REALLY need to get on the full customization train. If they did, I'd go back, but for now, I don't see myself getting another pixel anytime soon. And don't get me started on the pixel 6 pro.. Total piece lol. The main reason why I switched.
S22U1 Got tired of waiting so flashed it over to carrier Xfinity Mobile got mine over a week ago no noticeable difference except the carrier boot screen
Just got it on unlocked S22U on T-mobile.
The U.S. Unlocked model getting it now.
Unlocked on Sprint/T-Mobile and downloading the update now.
Got mine too. Finally. Wonder why the unlocked US versions are among the last to get it?
I thought I read something earlier that the June update included improvements to the camera. I guess not.
Just tried to update apps in the Galaxy Store app, and all the Update button does is cause the screen to sort of jump up then back down without updating the apps. Didn't do that before the June security update. Anyone else have this problem?
I decided to try signing out of my Samsung account, then sign back in, but nothing happens now except an error message that says "IMEI or MEID empty." What gives?
Hello, I have a few questions about the Odin updates, how does it work? Can I flash the SM-S908U/SM-S908U1 firmware on my device? I have the canadian version of the s22 ultra, is there any risk? Do I need to factory reset? And will I get new canada/US Ota updates? Or will I need to manually flash every time after that?
Wait for the OTA update. It will arrive any day now.

As long as it's not HK version, you won't regret it! It feels like we're left at the bottom of the well whilst others have been given strong thighs to jump off. I find it surprising being this is one of Asia versions. One would think it'll at least have a slight edge over other versions of this model.

Just a heads up to the Canadian users. Rogers/Fido have pushed back the One UI 5 upgrade from Nov 05 to Nov 21.
I suspect the rest of the major carriers will have a similar release date.

I have Android 13 on s22 Ultra with TMB U1 software and 5G on Telus.
Note: you will have to factory reset before you ODIN the BL/AP/CP/CSC (not the home one) so BACK UP FIRST.
The reward for my W series phones:
s22 Ultra 5G on Telus using XAA U1 software (I purposely flashed Android 12 from 3 months ago to test updates; I let it update and still had 5G on Telus; I then flashed the TMB U1 to get Android 13 and still have 5G on Telus).
Fold 4 still running XAA U1 Software with 5G on Telus.
