Hi all I was wondering if anyone can help me. I recently bought a px6 android 10 head unit, all was well till my bluetooth stopped working. My HU can't find my phone and phone can't find HU. I have factory reset but to no avail. I will attach pictures of settings page, and bluetooth module. Thanks in advance for your help
Hi with my PX6 I didn't use Your MCU but the MTCE_HA_V3.40.1
If the phone can't find the head unit then it's probably a hardware issue. Either the BT is turned off or the BT board is blown and needs replace.

I updated the MSU and Seicane sent me a new system update. MCU is MTCE-2.65. After updating was complete i had lost my Bluetooth. WIFI works normal and all buttons around the HU is working normal Bluetooth is missing the device name and pass code that was there when it came stock. wont find my phone or odb2 adapter. I was wondering if there is a posiblity that it some how changed the Bluetooth settings?

Hey, i have a wondefoo PX-5 Android Headunit 8.0, everything was working great but someday suddendly the WIFI didn't turn on (when turning the car on).
Since then, every now and then the WIFI won't turn on after the car was shut down, the problem is solved only if I restart the HeadUnit several times until the WIFI will come on.
I tried searching online but didn't find a problem as close to mine.. The WIFI does work but as I said only if I restart the HeadUnit.
When it's not working i just try to "flick" the switch from the OFF to ON position and it automatically returns to OFF (won't stay on the ON position for even a second).

I have a Dicola android 8.0 PX5 4GB/32GB head unit for my Audi A3.
I have the same problem as you discribe. The seller advised me to update the device but that had no effect.
I saw on Google more problems with those PX5 units. I seems to be the Wifi/BT module what causses the defect. Especially the low tempeture could cuase the defect. Not sure if this is the case but you are not the only one.

I need to find some info for the Can adapter so i can fix my issue and help other people with similar problems too .Owner of an MTCD PX5 unit, specific for Mercedes ML (W164) that came with the Can adapter.
From day one the steer wheel buttons worked (vol up/down, phone) and reverse camera out of the box BUT i had no vehicle info at all (door opened, fuel level, temperature, parking sensors etc) as many of the users especially on VW units have. The car is a 2010 model therefore the canbus info should be plenty. Tried all the combinations of CanBus under the extra settings with no luck.
One think i noticed is that i had NO Vehicle.apk or microntek apk and MTCCanbus.apk installed on the unit. I tried to install but installation was failing for both. Even copying to system/app/** didn't worked.
Any idea ?
BTW Anyone knows what is the Knob Mode under extra settings ? Mine is set to : 2 10k/20K ADC Ports

Good to know that this is a generic issue and not specific to my unit and car. It seems a lot of people with Mercedes cars have similar problems. I wonder if this is related with the cheap implementation of the Chinese Can adapters or related with the car.

got some problem with my MTCD unit. my Bluetooth screen popping up all the time and try to make the call itself when i connect my phone. if the phone disconnect but the bluetooth screen still keep popping up. i have to disable the bluetooth function now. any idea how to have it fix. i got the BC5 bluetooth in the unit and with apple carplay build-in. i try different firmware, but the problem stay the same, i swap few different simple canbus and still having this problem. now i running hal9k latest rom.

Hey guys. I have installed an Xtrons PBX70M164 which is an MTCE GS PX5 4G/64G Android 10 device, about two weeks ago. Things were working fine. But I noticed some days ago that I didn't have any more audio. I was not completely ready with installation because I still needed to install the DAB+ radio. So I was messing with the FM and DAB antenna's.
I do have the MOST fiber optic system in my car. I connected an MP3 player to the unit to verify if this could be the problem, but it's working as expected. Then when I connect the Xtrons radio, no more audio...
Also one other thing is that I cannot scan for FM channels on my radio anymore?
I tried to disconnect the device, factory reset and check all the cables. I'm not sure what else I can do. Is the device broken? What else can I check? Thanks!
Send it back or see an experienced auto electrician/installer.
Update: the device was actually faulty and Xtrons replaced it for a new one.
