Hello everyone,
I am trying to run successfully a gps mocking application on my s7 running android 7 .
I have read a guide about this and one of the steps is downgrading google play services. Meaning that I have to deactivate it, it will automatically reset to its original version and then I will install the version that I want (hoping that I find it).
I was wondering if there can be anythihng that could go wrong in this process and brick my phone. Or in case something goes wrong reinstalling the latest version of google play services should be enough? Thanks in advance!
I just confirmed that this worked for the Matepad Pro - following this how-to originally intended for installing the Play Store on the Mate 30 Pro: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-30-pro/how-to/install-gms-google-play-store-t3992095/page100

how do i get the LZplay?
I try to download it from the https://lmphotography641.wordpress.com/2019/10/27/installing-google-play-store-for-mate-30-pro/
but it is not able to download.
Is LZplay different for every different mobile phone?
LZPlay works but only on LTE model, it doesn't on WiFi counterpart
Tried it on my WiFi version, doesn't work, keep getting Google protect errors...
Does anyone tried it on the MatePad wifi version? What method worked? Thank you

Yes I performed the procedure a couple of days ago on a Chinese MatePad Pro WiFi following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYOU_YxrHhc and using the zip file he links to.
It worked perfect after a couple of reboots and some patience.
A similar text version of the procedure: https://www.huaweiblog.de/news/huawei-google-installieren-anleitung-neu/
Have anyone try it on wifi version? which one is the best to install?
I don't have an OTG adapter as per the guide. Can you still use the Backup Method (using HiSuite) to install LZPlay with this method (https://www.huaweiblog.de/news/huawe...anleitung-neu/)?
Edit: I can confirm this method works. I now have GMS on my MatePark Wifi (UK) using the HiSuite and the method linked. All I did was swap installing LZPlay by OTG by using HiSuite.
Good afternoon all,
How we can update google play services. I try to do it by downloading the apk file but the machine hangs and exist the installation.
Any idea ?
GMS installed on UK Matepad Pro WiFi
As also mentioned in the article. I used https://www.huaweiblog.de/news/huawei-google-installieren-anleitung-neu/ to get GMS installed.
I did factory reset as the first attempt without reset did not work for the LzPlay part.

I have the MatepadPro wifi version (global not the Chinese version)
I tried a lot of different methods, non of them works, I still get error notifications, I solved this by disabling the Google play services, but now I get "Device is not Play Protect certified".
I'll try your method if it still works.
update: not working.
I have the same issue, with my official MatepadPro wifi no method works, I always factory reset and have tried four methods and none result in working GMS.
I think we will need to wait for a working solution for non chinese Matepad pro's......

I managed to install, but with lots of repeated resets in a few hours.
As mentioned in the video, you can't add another G account after activating the play store. So you need to add all your accounts from the beginning.
- I found that G News, G Duo and interestingly MS Authenticator does not work.
- Backing up your device to your G account is also disabled.
My other applications works well. If I find other exceptions will share.

Mine is international version and worked. Try again and do all steps mentioned in the video (sorry forum doesn't let me give the link for the video)
Trick: Check "Device Id" app frequently after losing device id, stop reinstalling (i think the 7th apk) when it shows the id back and continue to next step. I didn't stop once that step and had to repeat everything from start.
I have installed Google on my Matepad with this tutorial: https://youtu.be/mxvTZ-D6THI
Everything works fine! I have GSM version.

What is your version? I'm thinking to buy it in Italy.
I am from Czech Republic. I have it from official Huawei store. 6 GB RAM, 128 GB, LTE
I used the same method but the LZPlay app stated it doesn't support my device. I am using Matepad LTE (global) version. Can anyone help?
As the Release of the MatePad Pro is scheduled for 25.05.2020 in Austria (according to MediaMarkt and Saturn Webpages) I am wondering if this method still works. I am currently thinking about getting it either in Austria or Italy (as you get the Type Cover and the Pen for Free).
My second question is the use of the notifications some Apps use. Are the working or do I need another How-To for that and loose the Google Play Store and opt for another Store like Aurora?
It seems we can't install Google services on International version of Matepad pro (wifi only) ...

same problem here for me...
Recently purchased Huawei P40 pro hoping to downgrade and install google and use it. Unfortunately all efforts are failed halfway. Couldn't download files from ictfix, tried downgrading through Hisuite proxy, also didn't work. Can someone help me? appreciate alot.
Hi there...
Try this way.. It's easy and works 100%
I've managed to do everything googlefier asks or any tutorial but my play store still crashes, what can i do? i'm running 10.1.0.109 version
Hi guys, stucked on the 10.1.0.176 version. Broke my screem, had to replace it and huwawei made a reset on the phone. Before that it worked like a charm with GMS and notifications.
Is there any solutions by now on how to downgrade down to .149 version?
Cheers.
Hey guys,
I'm using my Huawei P40 Pro for a while, now. Everything worked fine, I basically never needed GMS / Google or I could find good workarounds. Now, I've bought a Suunto 7 Smartwatch; their customer support told me it should be fine and working. But the "official" Wear OS app tells me my phone is not supported and I need to get a Chinese version. After installing said Chinese version, I can connect my phone to the watch, but right after connecting (when retrieving data from the phone), Wear OS (Chinese) tells me to install the "official" version from Google Play Store when being outside of China (which I obviously am; in Austria).
So, I've also tried to do a rollback / downgrade of EMUI (currently installed EMUI 12), but the "official" downgrade via HiSuite does not work, the option does not exist. I was hoping to use the Googlefier method, down on EMUI 10.
I've tried Gspace and microG, but nothing works.
Can you help me out?
I basically just need Wear OS working with my watch.
Thank you very much!
