Impossible to unbrick my OnePlus 7 Pro - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

So i recently did some sh*t with my 7 Pro and bricked it :
- Once it has started, it successively displays the TWRP logo and a black screen
- I can only boot into fastboot mode
In order to resolve this I tried two different solutions :

- The Tool all in one
For the first solution, MSM Tool doesn't work. I'm stuck in Param preload, even though I have the QC and OP drivers installed (I see Qualcomm HS USB ...... under COMs and Ports)
For the second one, the tool can see the phone when it boots indefinitely with TWRP logo but when I want to restore the phone, it goes in fastboot mode and from this moment the phone is no longer detected by the PC (the terminal displays "waiting for device") making it impossible for my computer to interact with my phone.
Anyone have a suggestion / solution ?

Lots of time there a driver conflict ,causing there peram preload error, make sure there are no other Qualcomm drivers active at this time. Also sence u can get into fastboot or TWRP, this still leave lots of flashing options. Just find a fastboot pack with a all.bat to flash. Also lots of the boot ishues are to do with the a and b slot not matching up. What works the best is a format reboot flash a reboot them flash b. To make both slot match up.

1. My Phone (FIREFLY INTENSE XL) hanged then suddenly turned off.
2. I switched it on. It started well.
3. After few seconds, it restarted.
4. Now, stuck at logo.
5. I've waited for many hours. Still stuck at logo.
6. GOOGLED how to FACTORY RESET.
7. Had some luck? I was able to boot at FACTORY OPTIONS
(Chinese Text)
8. I GOOGLED again what's this chinese character/text means.
9. I GOOGLED how to FACTORY RESET.
10. Now, i chosed the option that has **EMMC text on it.
11. I Reboot the phone. STILL-Stock at logo.
.....Now I begin flashing using LATEST to OLDEST SPFlashTool.
**I made sure that my Battery level is 90%++
12. Flashed the phone for (FIRST TIME)
*I used the "Download Only" Option
*After first time flashing. Still stock at logo.
*Waited for almost (10 Mins. Only)
****Before Second flashing. I know,
My Computer (device manager) still detects my phone normally as Portable Device.
That's the normal detection before I bricked my phone.
...Now
13. Flashed (SECOND TIME)
*I used the "Format ALL and Download" Option
*After 2nd time flashing. Now, it didn't boot.
*I decided to charge it. Now, stock at charging logo.
No indication that it is charging. Mere charging logo. Logo is not moving up nor down.
**Now my PC couldn't detect my device like before--
it has sound of reconnects and disconnect.
Sound and Device Manager indicator.
**It say's in Device Manager
Connected (MediaTek USB Port (COM6)
Reconnect (MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM (Android)(COM5)
14. Yet after that, I managed to Format the phone using SPFLASHTOOl Format Tab.

one of the essential *Last Resort to be able to SUCCESFULLY FLASH your CHINESE PHONE.
Sadly, I believe, in NEWER version of SPFT it's not possible when you load the MT6580 scatter file?
I also used old-oldest version of SPFT but it everytime i load the scatter file it says some error
*not legal blah blah blah? Please. Do you have any idea?
Is it possible in MTK6580?

Cyanogen OS is a custom rom. It can only flash through custom recovery. But you can't even access the recovery mode then it can't help you to unbrick your android.

Other method to physical format using spft?

I see that option in new-latest version of SPFT but, WHENEVER my ROM were already loaded (MTK6580), that option is gone.
I GOOGLED it but I can't seem to find the right keyword for it.. Do you have any idea? even in other android tool?

He used, some sort of image file and installed it in sd card using wind32diskimager..

Same problem with me, I also have an MT6580 device and I also first tried to:
(when I used SP Flash tool, it only fully worked in version SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1532_Win )
1) format the whole flash (in SP Flash tool)
2) only select preloader
3) flash (with Download selected, and phone volume + button pressed in and then connected USB to pc)
4) select all other (recovery, boot, system, ...)
5) flash
For me as well, nothing happened - the phone does not react when I try charging it, and pressing the power button has no effect.
The only advice I can give you is the knowledge that the preloader is in the fault - somehow the preloader on my phone before the flashing was different from the preloader in my stock rom. Perhaps it is the same data, but the address at which it is flashed is wrong. Don't bother yet with flashing the system, userdata or other images - if the preloader is not correctly installed, the phone won't recognize it when it tries to boot up, and the other system, recovery etc. images are useless.
Perhaps a good analogy is: say the preloader is the bios of a computer: if the bios fails to be loaded, then the operating system (android, windows etc - i.e. the system, recovery etc. images) will never be loaded either

Formatted my tablet except the bootloader using SP Flash Tool. Now it won’t recognize my device. What can I do?

I have an Alcatel Onetouch Pixi 3 (10) Wifi 8079 tablet with an MT8127. I tried flashing a twrp recovery following Kirito’s guide but I had a glitching screen in a bootloop instead, so I tried flashing another twrp providedby the same user (was named twrp-new) and instead of the glitchy screen this time I’d see the twrp logo and then it would auto reboot after giving several unable to mount data errors. I was not able to do anything in twrp.
I then formatted the whole device except the bootloader. I realize that I should now be flashing a ROM (I have all the required stock ROM files including the scatter file) but SP Flash Tool won’t recognize my device (on three different OSes: Win7, Win8.1, a Linux distro). I also tried out Mobile Upgrade S but it too won’t see my device.
The device’s battery is soldered with three wires to the motherboard, so I can’t easily plug it out. Why do you think that my laptop won’t detect the device? Could it be that the tablet is running all the time (so it’s not off) and the battery lasts long because the device isn’t performing any operations?
As for drivers, when I used SP Flash Tool to flash the new twrp, I didn’t install any drivers myself on Windows 7. Now that it didn’t recognize my device, I installed all kinds of drivers on both Win 7 and 8.1 like MediaTek VCOM USB and Preloader drivers but I stll couldn’t get it to work. I get no feedback from my device no matter what I do (power button, volume up and down buttons).
Do not say that it is hard bricked because all I did was formatting the device except the bootloader.

How do I see your post history? I have a Blu view 3 and pc recognizes it cause I hear the ding sound I'm stuck in fastboot mode cause dm-verity failed I need to flash stock eom but flash tool just sits there nothing happens.

Qualcomm Crashdump - MsmDownloadTool stuck on Param Preload

Hello everyone,
Last night, I killed it. But not in a good way, I messed up my phone.
My initial goal was to reboot to recovery, and clean cache. Few moments later, after I tried " fastboot flash boot.img " with twrp as a boot.img, that was dump and now I'm stuck.
So, I want to use MSMDownloadTool to unbrick and reset the Oneplus 7 Pro.
I'm on Windows 10 x64, with updates
I followed 2 tutorials on 2 different computers to get it to work :

I press Volume+ and Volume- at the same time, I plug my phone on the computer
MSMDownloadTool detect my phone.
I click start, It starts to work
And then, everytime I get the Param Preload phase infinitely. I let it run for 20 minutes without any results, on both computers.
Well, I don't know what to do anymore. Could someone have an idea ?

Hello, my OP6 is stuck in a constant bootloop (can't get past the loading screen with the One plus logo + Powered by android). Battery is still working, can enter Fastboot Mode but Bootloader is locked. Already tried to enter recovery mode and managed to do so, wiped cache and data successfully however when I tried to click on erase everything (pictures...), it says failed.
So, as a last resort, I downloaded MSM Download Tool for OP6 to flash the Original ROM. Installed Qualcomm Drivers succesfully (I already tried several) and put the phone in EDL Mode by holding both volume up and down buttons before plugging the phone to the computer. The phone get recognized succesfully in Device Manager as Qualcomm HS-USB QD Loader 9008 and the LED turns green when I start MSM Download Tool.
However, everytime, MSM Download Tool stops at 12 seconds and displays this :
Status : N/A ;
Status of Communication : FirehoseCheckRSP failed; Errorno : 258 ;
Status of last communication : Erasing Partition Misc failed
NB : please note that I already tried different ports (USB 2.0 and 3.0) and cables (tried with the original one and another one).
Please help me to sort this out (phone was working perfectly fine until then and put itself in a bootloop out of nowhere in the middle of the night). Please note I also have Teamviewer in case anyone amongst you want to perform things directly from the computer.

Please try fastboot command and log in to recovery. once in recovery flash the os you had before of its stock then flash them and reboot system. If its going on bootloop again try flashing manually from bootloader itself. Hope it helps

Question I accidentally installed the DSU GSI+GMS package on my oneplus 9 and now it wont start

I tried following the "Global/US OnePlus 9 Unbricking Guide" but I get stuck at the drivers part and while I can see that my phone is connected as a device to my PC I cant seem to install the drivers or get access to root folders (which I assume is connected). Ive tried using software to download the drivers for me and I've tried following the notes that came with the qualcom drivers file. The only thing I can do is boot my phone into fast boot but every option from there just leads to "phone corrupt... cant boot" error message

The only thing I can do is boot my phone into fast boot but every option from there just leads to "phone corrupt... cant boot" error message
