[Q] pl2303 for android kernel 2.6.36.3+

hi all,
could you help me to find kernel module for pl2303 chip(usb to serial)?
i have found a few builds but they are not suitable for me. magic version is not equals. their version is 2.6.36.3 and 2.6.36.3-g9b3ce2b
i uses 2.6.36.3+ kernel.
also can i intstal modules with version 2.6.36.3 to 2.6.36.3+?

[Completed] Fast charge for monster x5

Hello, I have phone monster x5 and I want to use on it fast charge - because I think my new cable for charge have usb mode or something wrong because charging takes too long. I have rooted my device but I have error : Your device does not have support for fast charge in its kernel
So, I need to change my kernel for custom kernel with fast charge modifications
Anyone know where can I find such kernel to work proper on my phone? My android version is : 4.1.2, kernel version 3.4.0-perf [email protected]))#1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Dec 10:29:56 CST 2013
I installed bad kernel on my xperia x5 phone and I don't want to change my phone into brick again. I done that using application for windows for flashing..
So, any other solutions meaby or compatible kernels? If possible it would be also good if new kernal will have swap for sd option

I have the media pad X1 7.0 Build version 7D-503LV100R001C233B009 running Emui 2.0. I Have been trying to update to the recently released 7D-503LV100R002C208B009, Emui 3.0 however the online update on the device has stalled 43% and only consumes data with no further download. I have also read in other forums that the 503L(China) can accept the 501L(international) update.
1. Isn't it better to just update with the international version(501L) instead of the Chinese( 7D-503LV100R002C208B009) one available.
2. If so, please provide me with a link to download the latest international version as well as the 7D-503LV100R002C208B009 EmotionUI 3.0.
3. Do i have to root my device before installing such an update?
4. Any other dynamics/ stuff to expect about this update?

Hi all,
This is my first time here and I am new to android upgrades. I have searched the forums about how to upgrade my tablet but since it is an off brand, I was unable to find anything.
I have a Bright Tab 7" with 4.4.2 already installed, quad core, 512 ram, 8gb memory
Model: Q8H
Processor: QualCore-A33
Firmware: v2.0
Kernel: 3.4.39
Build: astar_y3-eng 4.4.2 KVT49L 20141215 test-keys
I was able to root the tablet using kingroot and that worked fine. I would appreciate any help in the right direction as to upgrading the current android version.

find anything that would work with my model... The numbers are always different from those that uploaders say
it works on. Can you help me root my phone and find a working update since there was no official update for my
country (Slovenia) for Lollipop. It can be a custom ROM too, I don' care as long as it will run faster than current version
which is preinstalled with a lot of crap and runs slow. Here are the details:
