I'm trying to figure out a way of making my wallpapers extend pass the notification bar. This feature seems like it only works on wallpapers and live wallpapers pre-installed by Samsung. All other wallpapers are overlapped with a grey notification bar instead. Is there a setting that I'm missing? Maybe a resolution requirement that I'm missing? I'm using the new S4
Is it possible to get the statusbar transparent in EMUI 3.1 Lollipop.
Some apps does have the same color bar as the app like Amaze file manager.
But in the Google apps we don't have a statusbar n the same colour as the app.
As you can see, when you pull down the notification bar you can see the full color.
Sorry for my english
It seems like this would be possible.
I would also like to see this app modded for my s7
I think a more stock system ui color is in order, I very much dislike the colors Samsung gives to us to use. I would also like to remove the s finger, change the quick connect icon, and remove the app settings icon, and possibly add the users icon and option so it resembles the stock Marshmallow notification shade and quick toggle dropdown

It would be best if it was Android n-ified

Hey there. I'm introducing an app that can modify your existing notification shade / panel easily and without root.
Mainly it's not really modifying anything, just provides a complete replacement to the system one. Been working on the animations on it in the last while. Also a status bar replacement is included but that can be disabled inside settings. Has Android O theme's theme with complete animations and look.

LONG time OnePlus user, Just got my Z Flip 4.
Almost done setting it all up, one thing is bugging me though, how can I change the colour of the icons in my notification shade?
Can only see an option to match wallpaper colours or options in the Theme Store.
Is there no way to use a color wheel to choose your own color ?
Would also love to know how to hide the battery icon from the status bar (not just remove the percentage) cos I use the Energy Ring app to show the battery level around the front cam.
Well, I found my own answer for some of it.
Used the Good Lock app from the Galaxy Store to grab QuickStar where it allows you to customise your notification shade, including the colour of your icons.
Hell of a convoluted way to do what should be a very simple task.
Other customisation apps in there include :
Theme Park : To make your own customised themes
Wonderland : To make your own 3D motion wallpapers
LockStar : To design your own custom lockscreen theme
Clockface : To choose or customise your clock on lock screen or AOD
Was pleased to note that you can install custom system fonts too without root, I plumped for the Helvetica Neue for that "Apple feel", although there's some weird and wacky fonts on there, half of them looking like comic sans, that will never be on my phone lol

Still looking for a way to disable the battery icon in the status bar though cos I use the Energy Ring app for battery level. Don't want to root cos I still want to use banking apps and CBA messing about.

Good lock can do that to. I got my icon removed and just a percentage in the corner
Use quickstar to remove the battery icon and I believe in nor.al settings you can disable the numeric
