I want it.
Already someone has this phone?
I am ordering right now at bangood.com for 132 usd + free shipping.
My comunication with official leagoo pre-sale ([email protected]):
Hello, is possible to update rom at home (OTA or download) in your Leagoo Elite 5, to fix bugs and problems?
Is phone rooted?
Do you sell and how much cost digitizer or display + digitizer for this model?
To update you need flash your system .
What is the problem for your screen please ?
Hello,
thanks for answer.
I want to buy your phone. Right now I have no problem, I just wanted to know how it will solved.
Because I broke digitizer at my previous Jiayu G4 and producers were not willing to sell any replacement part.
Jiayu also dos not updates ROM, so I had to use alternative ROM because of some bugs and problems.
Also my pre-previous phone HTC had software problems and when they released a new rom, there were new problems. For example, after the last update opening messages needs 40s. Before update works messages well.
Thats why Im asking.
1) Im interested how often do you release updates (fixing bugs).
2) Its possible to buy spare parts, exactly digitizer and lcd which is most often broken.
Our update time is not setted to one time ,engineer will do update once here is bugs .
Yes our accessory may be selling online after a while of phone's sale, you can buy online or send the phone to us for repair .
Ok thank for answer.
I dont mean accessory (battery, charger) but parts (display, speaker). Are you selling parts?
Is your phone rooted?
For the parts which you cannot find online you can contact us .
LEAGOO phones comes with android system ,NO root.
I think Leagoo Elite 1 better than Leagoo Elite 5.
Do you have it? Im interested in stability of original rom, is it freezing, crashing, rebooting?
Specification looks good, more RAM and ROM, more cores, gorilla glass, ...
But Elite 1 has 2400 mAh battery and 1920*1080 px screen. This could by deathly combination for battery life.
I have this phone and it is absolutely amazing, especially seeing the price. No crashes, no freezes, nice UI and modified android os. The only problem I have with this phone is the fact that at the moment it seems to be totally unrootable. I've tried nearly every android and pc app and nothing works.
Visit 4pda forum or ask ghost45 to make a recovery for your phone,so you can root it.

You need custom recovery first then you can flash SuperSU through that recovery.

Hi, can you please share some pictures taken from the camera?
Curious to see how well the sony sensor is utilized on this phone
Also, can you check if xposed works on the leagoo rom once you've got twrp installed?
How's the battery life so far and what's the longest SOT yet? Apparently the geekbench battery score for elite 5 is almost 14 hours.

I don't know what xposed it, but I'll see if I can check it out at a later date.
Battery life seems to be pretty darn good. I'm on 83% battery life at the moment, sitting idle and DU Battery Saver Pro is indicating I should have about 10h40 left, 60h if I switch to airplane mode. I have managed to get DU Battery Saver to say I'd have over 120h of battery life on airplane mode when I'm on a full charge.

Thanks, but can you also post the uncompressed pictures as well?
You haven't try xposed yet? Oh you're gonna love it
It basically allows to customize your stock ROM without having to flash a different ROM
For example you can use these popular xposed tweaks
Youtubeadaway - Just like the in name, blocks ads on YouTube app permanently
Gravitybox - You can customize everything from statusbar, lockscreen, power menu and others.
Starting with lollipop, you'll need to flash framework zip file with your custom recovery. If your device boots normally after flashing it, then congratz, xposed is compatible. If not, your device gets stuck in a bootloop.
Which is why you'll need to make a backup of your ROM with twrp if something happens.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Snapdragon G930F (MT6580)

I got the phone from outside seller, the problem I am having is :

I want to root the device or flash with BTU rom but not able to get into Odin mode every-time I tried to get to Download Mode(Odin mode) it take me to "Factory Mode", I tried all way to get into download mode but none helped.
* Key combination: Vol - + Home+ Pwr

Note: using Vol+ I can get into recovery mode but not download mode
I just wanted to mention, its working fine for Call with any Carrier.

The G930F is the international version with the Exynos and not the Snapdragon, which one do you have?
You bought a FAKE S7. It will never be compatible with odin and S7 firmwares.
Yep its a fake, the mt6580 is a mediatek processor most commonly found in cheap Chinese devices.

Thank you so much Travis Bickle, kykint, gsmyth for quick response
@travis it says Snapdragon
So looks like I got cheated by the guy and now stuck with this Chinese clone of S7.
Is there anyway I can root it and get rid of that Factory Mode and the adware?? As rest of the phone is really amazing, quality of picture, sound/video quality, fast charging and performance except the battery life.
So if I can remove the adware and get it rooted the phone is still usable for few years.
Please suggest.!!

One thing I could suggest is to disable a few apps from your phone. Check for the presence of SystemLocker and GoogleVending - that might account for most of the malware showing up especially when wifi is enabled.

You're welcome! There might be a few more depending on the ROM used. If you could give me the boot.prop and/or system folder I might try on coming up with a fix.
Oh and out of curiosity, can you take a pic or two of the phone in question? Usually with fakes they come with a slightly smaller screen hence the borders and/or thicker bezels. That's one tipoff with a fake Samsung device compared to the real thing.

The gap between the top of the home button and the bottom of the screen looks too big on that phone, it's much closer to the screen on the S7 (G930F)

Hard to tell from those pics, just turn it on and see if it has a thick black bezel around the screen like this one on the right, if it does then its a fake https://i.ytimg.com/vi/AzKnmffM2K4/maxresdefault.jpg

Do any of you all know anything about this one?
They claim it to have a "real" 820 Snap in it.
...I think at best case, a octa MTK and of course everything will be plastic.
G930f have sd820?
Enviado desde mi E6603 mediante Tapatalk
The real Samsung g930 phones have 820 (or Exynos in variants), The site I posted is a clone phone, that claims to have the real 820 snap processor in it. I am wondering how/if it can be true????
There are many ways to distinguish from a fake to a real s7, just youtube it.
- The fingerprint scanner on the fake one works with any fingers
- I bet the antutu score on the fake will be significantly lower than the real due to cheap outdated hardware
- battery, as you already know, is terrible on the fake
- No heart rate monitor on the fake, even if there are, it will just read random fake numbers
- The print on the box and manual of the fake are significantly lower than the real in terms of quality print, and even content are not the same.
- The fake one will display false specs on every monitor software such as 4.00GB ram (when it actually has like 512MB or something stupid like that) and snapdragon CPU when it actually has a MediaTek chinese cpu

Looks like we have a slightly different device then; mine had the microphone pinhole on the other side. And yeah, I am still looking for that damn Z6U030HA_V101En firmware. Haven't heard from anyone with the same ROM so far. :/
Friends,
Finally, I was able to get details for the phone its HDC S7 which is clone of Samsung S7, I was able to locate ROM for it on needrom and able to flash it.
Now the problem that I found is the phone doesn't connect to T mobile 4G LTE network, its only showing 2G and that is causing the GPS issue.
I am able to see AT&T 3G so looks its only Tmobile that has issue with this phone, I tried to add network ID myself but that didnt helped. Do anyone know if there is working solution for HDC S7 4G LTE network issue? Or suggestion on any alternative ROM for HDC S7 G930?
Hi, I have the same phone and I need the firmware because I flashed a wrong one. Can you give me a backup firmware from this device? Thanks
@invisiblek - as you are currently the only developer out there

Just wanted to add that in order to completely flash the factory image you will need to unlock the critical partition in fastboot before flashing:

Has the camera app improved in Oreo?
Has anyone successfully tried flashing NMI81C to an unlocked device? I can't imagine there'd be a problem, but if no one has done it or seen any problems with it then I know what I'm doing when I get home tomorrow. That was the last build my bluetooth music controls worked with, so I'm pretty excited to be able to flash back to it.

I do not think any app was updated. Unless there is some API in Oreo that would inherently improve the cam.

Oreo running great...only found one bug dealing with wifi hotspot and not being able to select 5ghz as the band to use.
Since flashing Oreo last night I am getting excellent battery life and it appears that I may do better than I was on Android nougat. Personally I really like this phone and no the camera is not the best but for $450 this is probably the nicest phone anyone can hold in their hand at any price point. Once the dads get interested because of price and we can get a port for the Huawei camera I'm sure this camera would do very well

Nice, I will try to flash the Oreo beta of the Unlocked version to my Sprint variants. BTW, do you happen to know how to trigger the UICC unlock menu without having to have the Sprint sim in there and activate the phone? Sprint reps told me the phone is unlocked on their end, but my phone still say invalid sim because the UICC unlock menu has not been activated on the phone itself. Would flashing the unlocked firmware solves this?
Only downside for me so far on the beta is battery life.
On nougat I would go to bed with 100% battery and wake up with 100%.
On Oreo I woke up with like 97%. Keeps dying quicker during the day as well, but this is expected as they mentioned the Oreo framework wasn't optimized for battery life yet.

Not only does it work but definitely recommended as you will get the latest fingerprint sensor fix as well as better screen touches.
I am coming up on 24 hours into this Oreo beta, and it's my daily driver. So far, so good. Battery life seems a bit better for me, although it was great before - hard to do an apples to apples comparison though. No bluetooth issues, in fact, this seems a bit better with Plantronics Voyager/Legend than before - haven't tried in the car yet. I had one spontaneous reboot (I wasn't using it, just sitting on the desk and I noticed it rebooting) but so far, I can't see any reason not to charge ahead. The install did turn off wifi calling, I had to re-enable that. No service/signal issues (on T-Mobile in central Texas).
Like the title says, ask me whatever you want about the 1+6. This could be useful if you are considering to buy this amazing phone!
Debating between this phone and the mi mix 2s. By all counts the OP will have better development, and the headphone jack is a plus. The mix really has style and wireless charging. But unconfirmed reports that Android pay didn't work. Does Android pay work on a stock OP? Is it seen as certified on the Google store (can I play Netflix?). I don't plan on rooting or installing an after market ROM until later in life (if OP stops supporting it). Also how does OP handle the warranty in the US? Basically there isn't one on the mi mix 2s which is a big minus.
I'm coming from a LG V20 so I debate whether or not to upgrade at all considering it has almost everything lol

Q: Does Android pay work on a stock OP?
A: Yes! Google pay works with the Oneplus 6
Q: Is it seen as certified on the Google store?
A: Sort answer, yes. I didn't have any problems with the Google play store on my device.
Q: Can I play Netflix?
A: yes, Netflix works fine on my device.
Q: How does OP handle the warranty in the US?
A: I'm not sure, I haven't looked into this yet. I'll keep you up to date if I know more information about your question. But I'm pretty sure the warranty is alright.
Some extra information:
- Don't let the 1080p screen hold you back. The screen is gorgeous and you won't see the pixels.
- Screen on time is about 4 and a half hours with average usage.
- Dash charge does what it's promised to do.
- The Oneplus 6 is for my small hands a two handed phone.
I hope I answered all your questions well!
Best regards,

1. Works.
2. Always on display has been removed because it consumed to much power. It has been replaced with ambient display.
3. It also has been removed because the fingerprint sensor was too small according to Oneplus

I think your phone will lock a few minutes later when you turn the screen off. (Lock delay) You can turn this off in the settings to "Lock device when screen is off"

Hi! I'm planning on making the OP6 my first OnePlus Device.
I also plan on getting the 6T later as well. I know that seems pointless. But I like have 2 major devices from a company for a years run..
Anyway, I know the phone is brand new and we have to see how things go, but, do you think there will be ROM support for this device? Given that it had the dual partition system (A&B style) would it be worthwhile to get the OP6 for ROMs right now?
My only want is to Root & ROM the phone. I have a LG G6 & V30, both from T-Mobile and have no dev supoort or ROMs. I like them both but I miss LineageOS and that's actually why I'm buying the OP6.
In your opinion, should I expect to see ROMs like LineageOS for OP6 or should I just wait and get the 6t.
I'm just trying to justify it to myself, especially now that the Nylon bumper case is sold out and that's the one I wanted. Ha, minor detail holding me back. Obviously I'll snag a Karbon Bumper hopefully..

Which is the best camera mode ?
I don't get my device till Monday or Tuesday. Would like to know if I can get daydream installed.
Are you rooted?
If so, are you willing to try to enable Google daydream?
Instructions found here
As long as you're comfortable with having to flash stock rom if something goes wrong.
When are you selling me your 1+6? [emoji848]

How do games and videos adapt to the notch? Especially stuff like YouTube.

1. Works.
2. Always on display has been removed because it consumed to much power. It has been replaced with ambient display.
3. It also has been removed because the fingerprint sensor was too small according to Oneplus

Wow is that the reason they say they removed fp gestures? This didn't make sense because it's the same size as the fp sensor on the s8 and so she fp features work on those devices. So I wonder if this new sensor just doesn't support gestures or if it can be added back in from a custom rom?

First of all I must excuse me. Because I live in the Netherlands, my phone's language is set to Dutch.
First go to you security settings, then press the little settings circle. Now you should see some sort of a timer. Change this timer value to something more then 0 sec (instant lock). Ow and toggle the instant lock slider for when you press the power button

The article will hopefully be updated again next week addressing the current constructive criticism I have received.
Hope this helps someone out.

Hi, nice post. Just what I was looking for as I am about to acquire a V20, a Korean version and I'm looking to mod it like my G5 with everything possible . First question - your article has a link to something to mod the secondary screen but the link is dead. Could you say what was the mod and is it still available?

That paid app, BoredSigns, has been discontinued and taken off the Play store since the developer no longer owns a V20. Its weather widget has been broken for a while, so don't expect that part to work. I have attached a screenshot of the developer's message on the Play store listing which you can only see if you already had the app installed earlier. You can still build the app yourself from its source on GitHub if interested.
I just bought a F800 model on ebay for very little which has a cracked screen and other minor problems. I'm not sure if it's F800 L or K or S yet and I won't know until I receive it. In any case I'm in europe and I'm hoping to do the works, root it, twrp it etc and maybe put a european software version on it. I'm not sure in what order I should go about this, would you have an opinion.? Should I root and twrp it first or should I kdz a different firmware first and then root it? As I write this I suppose it's logical to root it first, it couldn't make changing firmware version more difficult I suppose. Any thoughts appreciated. I'm totally new the phone so not sure what's possible.

I'm not familiar with the Korean variants, but I think this general thread on the F800 models should help you get started. The later pages in there will give you an idea of other users' recent activities.
Ok gonna have time to update my article next week.
What do you want me to talk about or clarified.
Thank you very much for this, it is very helpful to have it all together. In the light of this, I believe that it would be helpful if you advice people a bit about rooting, not the very basic, but what one need to be aware of, possible pitfalls in the process.
Partly because of your nice recommendations I have now rooted my V20 and installed most of your recommendations. Until now everything is fine

I have nougat but i have other camera issues withouth these drivers my h915 converted to us996 deodexed nougat my right rear camera (when looking at the back of the phone ) is not working since the conversion. I want to try and flash back a h915 rom to see if its the camera config files that are the issue .

I just changed test settings from 15 min to 10. I left everything else as it is. (number of threads: 20)
It also surprised me, because I've had this phone for two whole years.
Made the test with airplane mode on. Maybe there's something wrong with the settings?
Also maybe it is because I am currently in a sort of cold room? (about 20°c)
Edit: Re-running test for 15 min. Moved to a slightly hotter area of the same room.
Re-edit: Changed thermal paste anyways. I'm going to check if it's better for me.
I have a new refrub and I got 85K. Defiantly let it run for over 10 minutes. I didn't see any red lines in the graph. I didn't play with any settings. I'm kinda disappointed which is ridiculous because I bought the paste in advance and I have a copper shim I was thinking of putting on it as well. I don't see any need to do it now so I'll leave it for the time being.
Are you guys looking at the max reading or the average? I got just shy of 100k when I was using the electrically conductive pad but average was still only in the 80s. The 2nd pic was the new one I replaced it with after I found out it was electrically conductive.
