Hi
We may just have answer for you, we just launch secq.me (Prodounce as secure Me) to Android Market, which taken preventative measure on tracking your love one.
To see a short presentation about our service and a demo, go to youtube, and search for "secq.me"
Cheers

Anyone else get the notice from Google Play Review Team about using accessibility services in your app? A lot of apps are set to lose some critical functionality if this happens.

What API level does your application target?
Also, note that other app stores like Samsung and Amazon gain popularity.
I want to install Google Measure app in my Htc 10(leedroid) but it is showing Incompatible and when i downloaded it via apk then it shows App not installed.
Kindly help me out.
I tried other Ar measuring ruler app but they all are incompatible with my device.
Please tell some solution guys.
Thank you.
I was wondering please if someone with a Pixel could check if the Google Camera has a privacy policy in the app itself? Either via an online link from the app, or within the app itself?
The version installed on my old Nexus 6 doesn't seem to (there's a generic built in help, but I couldn't find anything by searching for privacy). But of course, that may be a rather old version of the camera app!
Thanks in advance!
No one
Under help there is a link to privacy policy, but it just a generic google services privacy policy.

Thanks! I'm a camera developer, and was just curious to see how Google themselves interpret the rule about requiring a privacy policy.
To clarify - that's a link to an online site that opens in the browser? (The Google Play policy says "within the app itself" which is vague as to whether an online link counts.)
And is it to http://www.google.com/policies/privacy ? (This is the link that's on the Google Camera store listing - yeah, I had noticed that it doesn't actually say anything about Google camera's use of camera permission or anything about the app specifically at all, unless it's buried in there somewhere...)

Yes, it is a link through browser to that page.
Hello, everybody.
I recently bought a P40 Pro, a phone that I am absolutely LOVING. The only minor issues that I'm having is finding reliable alternatives for a few things.
I absolutely love the device, the app gallery and Petal Search has been amazing, however I am struggling to find the following:
A free, reliable and easy to use alternative to Google Sheets.
A map app that works well and is as good as Google Maps for using as a satnav day to day.
And could somebody please teach me how to bookmark the Youtube HTTP so that I can put it on my front page?
Thanks a lot,
Cameron

Hi, just got mine and so far Microsoft Office on the App Gallery has worked amazingly.
For maps I've always used Waze anyway but seen a few big names on App Gallery like Tom Tom and Here we go, which I think used to be Nokia maps.

I've been using Waze for maps, I really like the layout and how I can control music from the app itself.

For Google Sheets I just use Microsoft Office off of AppGallery which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
To replace Google Maps I've been using the new TomTom AmiGo app which is also on AppGallery.
And for YouTube - open it in your Huawei browser, click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and click 'Add To Homescreen.'
If you don't need to sign into YouTube you could just installed YouTube Vanced through Petal Search.

I've actually started to prefer YouTube Vanced over the actual YouTube app as Vanced allows you to play videod with the screen lock on. It's especially handy if you like listening to stuff on YouTube whilst driving.
For Google Maps, just download Google Maps apk. Works fine, you just can't login. Same goes for Google Chrome. For things like Google sheets, just open using Google Chrome and then add a shortcut to your home screen. You get an app icon and loads full screen. I did this for Google Photos.

I had no idea. Then that makes it a gazillion times better than the 'official' YouTube app.

That's quite a useful tip. I don't really need to sign in to Maps so it's good to know that it's still an option on the P40 series.
