As you stated above yourself, we all know that edit or change of IMEI is illegal in quite a few of countries. For this reason, XDA doesn't allow and accept discussions about or support for such an edit or change.

An S23 phone from China was restricted in imei.
I think this is unfair, I know that in the US you can change the imei, but I don't know how to do it, does anyone know how to do it
