[Completed] arm translation android

How to install arm translation on virtual box android x86 without genymotion ?
Hi !
As far as I read on google " x86 doesn't support ARM instructions without an emulator, and as of right now, ARM doesn't support native x86 instructions without an emulator that doesn't currently exist " as long as x86 and ARM are different architectures
Cheers !

Condeco V2 - Android

Hello.
I am trying to install android on a Condeco V2 tablet. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks in advance.
Device runs WinCE 7 OS, has probably a 32-bit SoC: modern Android OS versions require 64-bit SoC.

It is not WinCE 7, but it is android. Yes there are two versions of Windows and Android. I have one with android. The problem is that when I turn it on it immediately starts the base program and I want to have the usual android.
What is meant with base program ?
