Android-x86 running ARM apps thanks to LIBHOUDINI and Buildroid.ORG

Some days back Daniel Fages from buildroid.org do the magic getting the Binary Translator of intel phones and doing a hack to can use in Android-x86 for virtualbox images, some days after he did to any Android-x86, so now, we have ARM apps working (not all, just ARMv5 at the moment).
I did my own build, and some benchmarks/test, if you wanna see it, just take a look at here:
How-to: Add ARM emulation (Binary Translator aka “libhoudini”) on Android-x86 4.0 ICS builds Step by Step.
Exclusive: Android-x86 4.0.4 “EeePC” running ARM apps (libhoudini videos/benchmarks, Angry birds, Quake3, Max Payne)
Android-x86 4.0.4-r2.1 (“Unofficial Releases” Generic EeePC and T101MT iso’s) Houdini(ARM)+FlashPlayer+Kernel 3.0.36
I hope that help, enjoy.

[Completed] [Q] Should Minimum Android SDK be installed to support the Minimum Android Version??

Okay, if I'm creating an app which targets for Android 5.1 and has to support a minimum Android Version of 2.3,
do I need to install the 2.3 SDK version from Android SDK Manager so that it supports Gingerbread??
Or is 5.1 SDK enough to support it by backward compatibility??
Thanks

Android 8.0 Oreo virtual machine for Windows/macOS/Linux

Hello people, does anybody know if there's any virtual machine available with android 8.0 Oreo? I've tried Genymotion but the most recent version available is android 7.1.0.
I've found it can be done using the official Android Studio from Google. Just create a new Android Virtual Device in Tools > Android > AVD Manager. Testing android 8.0 Oreo so far so good.

Condeco V2 - Android

Hello.
I am trying to install android on a Condeco V2 tablet. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks in advance.
Device runs WinCE 7 OS, has probably a 32-bit SoC: modern Android OS versions require 64-bit SoC.

It is not WinCE 7, but it is android. Yes there are two versions of Windows and Android. I have one with android. The problem is that when I turn it on it immediately starts the base program and I want to have the usual android.
What is meant with base program ?
