Incoming/Outgoing calls issue on the G7 One LM-Q910UM

I have been experiencing incoming call issues. Also outgoing call issues but not as frequent.
Incoming calls while on Android 10 are silent. I cannot hear the caller and they cannot hear me. If I enable speaker phone I hear them and they hear me fine, I then can disable speaker phone back to the ear piece and all is normal again. I am not sure if this is for carrier specific incoming calls or just a sw bug or both...
Outgoing call issue has happened a couple times. In this circumstance I made a call put it on speaker phone. It was on speaker for a while the call was fine I could hear everything so I muted my side until I needed to speak. When I un-muted they could not hear me. I took it off speaker while un-muted and still nobody could hear me. I had to hang up and switch sim cards back to my V30+ because of this issue.
I have yet to test other dialers or phone apps, to see what might be happening here. Anyone have any suggestions to check logs or is there a way to get to a service menu to troubleshoot?

poco x3 nfc no incoming and outgoing calls, sometimes working sometimes not...weird bug?

Hello there, after update to 12.5.2.0 OTA update, phone is not able making calls - contact choosen phone start make call, but immediately call canceled, people complaints, it is not available reach me, phone is looking like turned off... no outgoing and not incoming calls, but this is happend randomly, 3-5 hours not able to start calls, or get incoming calls, next time is working properly, 2 day all fine, 3-th day no outgoing or incoming calls. very dissapointed with phone behaviour... anyone have same problem? anybody is ready to help me? Thanks, Robert
I have this too, but have scheduled the phone to power off and on at the beginning of each day. That seems to be a workaround for now but I hope the next update for MIUI will fix it.
I have the same issue, 13.0.4 miui and 12 android.

Call issues, need help or advice.

Device:
Pixel 4a (no 5G)
Android 11
My issue is:
If I talk to someone (call) it transfer just the "voice" the noise between is cutted out, so its like muted between spoken words.
Its not an good thing!
The issue is that it is just awful to call someone actually its not possible to talk, the beginning of each sentence is "broken" and its like half word then mute, so i have to ask again... and so on.
I tested diffrent things:
Call over LTE
Call over WiFi
Call with Heatset (wired)
Call with Bluetooth Headset
Call without headset
Its always the same nonsense, so I assume its some Android problem, setting maybe.
Can someone help please?
Thanks

Oneplus 8 voice calls break up(?)

Hi there. I have a Onplus 8 (IN2013) and for some reason when talking on the phone sometimes the incoming conversation breaks up so as to make it unintelligible. I ask the caller to call me back and the same problem happens. When I asked the caller to call on my lady's Oneplus 6 it worked fine.
I use T-Mobile with both VoWiFi and VoLTE enabled. The Oneplus 6 is exactly the same. The problem occurs only on and incoming phone call. It doesn't happen when using Google Duo or similar. The weird part is that only my phone is affected, no others.
Does anyone have an idea of what the problem might be? Is there any way to fully reset the connection(s) to see if that helps?
Thanks,
