More details would be a minimum.

so my firmware is 11.0.3 stable indonesia (did not update it at all since i first used the phone). I was charging the phone, unplugged it at 80%, then the poco launcher became unresponsive, i couldn't operate the screen so i had it restart by pressing power button. after reboot it just won't go past the 5G logo. i

Black screen brick

Hi guys,
Today I pull out my mix 2s from the charger and I had a black screen. When I press the power button the screen flickers, but goes black.
I have the bootloader locked and no USB debugging active.
I'm able to boot in fastboot (always with black screen)
And somehow I think I've managed to reset the phone (key combination withing the xiaomi recovery)
For a second I was able to see the xiaomi boot logo while connecting the phone to the pc, but it went black again..
I've tried the xiaomitool (but no USB debugging)
Xiaomi PC suite does not detect the phone
MI flash tool says it cannot flash with locked phone...
Do you have any other idea?

you could try to use fastboot image to flash?!

Unfortunately when I try, it says that I don't have permission to do so...
Also I've figured out that if I leave the phone alone for like 8h when I turn it on I get to see the xiaomi logo followed by a blank screen...
What could this be?

i would guess something is messed up with the system… doesn't look like the screen is bricked or something… do you get into the fastboot loader mode? press and hold power and volume down.... normaly you should see the fastboot "logo" then..

eventually you can use minimal adb and clean/format everything and reflash ah new rom

Im able to boot in fastboot and sideload, but always with a black screen
i dont have unlocked bootloader neither usb debugging active
After all it is a screen issue...
In order to empty the battery (i wanted to try to circle the battery, maybe it would help with issue) I pressed the power button straight and the phone kept rebooting (vibrating each time it reboots)
At the 5th reboot.. The screen went on. (it's like the hardware is forced to work somehow)
However the touch was not working..
After a few minutes the screen started to flicker and it completely distorted the screen image.
Now, after the 5 reboots the screen comes on but with a distorted image.
I'll send it back and ask for a refund.
Thanks.

Honor 6X almost bricked

Hello,
First: i'm sorry if i don't speak perfectly english but I hope someone could help me.
I got a one and a half years old Honor 6X BLN-L21 and it is almost bricked.
A year ago I tried to unlock the bootloader, to root my phone. I did a mistake which made me want to get back to normal rom by removing TWRP.
Since this moment, I can't update my phone or relock bootloader because:
- Every reboot there is a "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" message

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
- I can't lock my bootloader because I can't access bootloader, because it needs a reboot and I get this message every reboot
- I can't update my phone for the same reason
- I can't access to recovery because it reboots everytime I turn off my phone one second later so it makes impossible to access recovery with volume buttons + power button
So I can't put a new rom with sdcard dload folder.
I can access my phone by waiting for it to get discharged, and then powering it with usb cable, and it boots normally.
Please help me, I really want to move to android Oreo.
Thanks
You should be able to boot to fastboot.
Connect phone to pc, press power key and once its in the process of shutdown, keep pressing the volume down key.

It didn't work, it goes to the message directly and pressing power + volume down doesn't change anything

Power button to the shutdown, and then volume down, but it doesn't have the time because whatever i do, it restarts automatically as fast as possible
EDIT: I didn't understood why, but fastboot worked suddenly. I relocked my bootloader but I can't update my phone. Stuck in EMUI 5.1 because when I update eRecovery says my data partition is highly damaged and need to format. I did 2 formats but the eRecovery still blocks update with the same message.

Well, I'm not sure I want to open my phone just to update it. I want to update it, but I mean, isn't it risky to open ?
Why did you relock the boot loader tho. Unlock it and then follow Shashanks Guide. Works perfectly.

[I need help!] My S10e Hong Kong version (G9700 S855) is bricked!

Recently, I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S10e with 6 GB Ram and 128 GB Rom from Hong Kong because I acknowledge that the Chinese and Hong Kong versions are able to unlock the boot loader despite having the cpu chipset Snapdragon 855. After I have bought it for almost a week, I finally have some spare time to unlock the boot loader by updating the phone into the latest version and turning on the oem unlock in the developer settings, then restart the phone to get into the download mode (yeah, the method is a bit different from the Exynos vesion). At first, the progress was very smooth and I faced no obstacles, however, when I try to flash TWRP into my phone through Odin, it bricked after restart as shown in the two pictures uploaded. I am now currently cannot booting the device into recovery mode or download mode, the only things I can do is pressing the power and volume down button long enough to reboot the S10e. Therefore, I would like to ask if anyone help me fix this issue, thank you.

If you're getting stuck on the "Samsung S10e" screen after trying to flash TWRP, I was in the same boat. I got into Download Mode by:
Unplugging the phone from USB to my computer
Holding VolDown + Bixby + Power
When the screen turns off to reboot, release Power, but keep holding VolDown + Bixby
After releasing Power, plug the USB cable into the phone to my computer
It's also really unhelpful for OP to just post "Problem Solved" without sharing how it was done.

Indeed. First asking for help and then being unwilling to share own knowledge is rude and not welcome on XDA. @kk5321513

Tmo Oneplus 8 stuck in Boot loader warning screen. How to fix?

I just unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP and Magisk. I factory reset the phone in TWRP then uninstalled Magisk later. The phone reboot and stuck in booting screen. What should I do? MSM back to stock? Thanks.
Update1: I'm able to get into TWRP.
Update 2: I just MSMed back to stock.

This happened to me yesterday. Just hold the power button for a while and it should go forward. You might have to make sure you're not plugged into the charger also, but I can't remember if I did or not.
Doesn't work for me. Tried holding the power for a loooong time, does nothing. Tried vol down + power, does nothing. Tried vol up + power, device restarts, but comes back to that error screen. Mine is IN2019 (Verizon).

To remove your device from the boot sequence error
Spoiler: OnePlus Fastboot Mode Using Physical Buttons
Press and hold the Volume Up’, ‘Volume Down’, and ‘Power’ keys together until the device vibrates > release buttons > enter Fastboot Mode

hi
i'am able to go to download mode using volume up+volume down
but it immediately restarts and beeps with nothing shown
can you access recovery mode?
have you tried wipe data/factory reset via recovery mode?
first time when the battery had charge recovery screen showed for a second and restarted repeatedly,
i tried to discharge the battery to zero because it couldn't go to download mode,
and then when the battery out of charge when plug it to computer or charger nothing is shown but hearing some beeps similar of the first time, this time i'am able to go download mode but restarting after some seconds

ty for reply! I opened the back to get access to the battery, but I couldn't. It has a thin metal plate that doesn't come off, even if you remove all the screws.
