IMO it's not possible to replace tablet's default Windows 8 OS by an Android OS.
Also I can't find install android on my tablet w511? Give it no android version, I will test it

My name is David. I have a OS built for the BeagleBone and BeagleBoard system it has an ARM processor and so does my Iconia A500 or at least I think it does because I have done the Backtrack forum successfully which told me to download the ARM Version of Backtrack... So I am assuming that I would need a OS that is compatible with an ARM Processor... I was wondering though if I would need a Kernel Image specific to my OS?
OS is one my Professor made so I won't be able to get a Kernel Image Specific to it.

I am sorry **** Put but until a compatible android version has been developed by Allwinner, you are stuck on Android 5.1.1. No custom roms are being made since Allwinner is so closed about themselves. You can however root the device with "Kingoroot" and install xposed framework and install a module called "Android N-ify."

I'm looking for a Custom ROM, Android 5.1 or higher, currently running Android 4.1.1.... for my Proline Rockchip rk30sdk DuelCore 10" Tablet, Kernel Version 3.0.8+ ... that I can install manually due to not having a pc. I have already root it successfully with Kingroot. If I can find a better Kernel upgrade, that would be an even bigger bonus. I would greatly appreciate all advice and help. Thank you in advance, André.
An Android device's kernel is LINUX, what Android OS is based on. You probably mean upgrade Android OS?
