I just bought a tablet. It's running android 2.3.7. I need to run whatsapp in it but this version of android is not supported anymore. Is there a solution ? When i tried to update it..i didn't find its ROM. Table name is PocketBook A10.

You need to flash a custom ROM to get Android Market to work. Lenovo doesn't have Google permission to include Gapps into the Stock ROM.

I bought an unbranded tablet in Japan running android 2.2.
On running adb devices it shows device name as MID_Serials.
I want to upgrade it to android version 4.0 or higher.
Are there are any roms available ? Is there any generic custom rom which i can use for upgrading my tablet?

I have a android 2.2 tablet one of those cheap ones I think it is already rooted so how do I upgrade in to android 4.4 using a custom rom or cant I do it if so what rom do I use model number is imx51_bbg thats what is says in the about device area of the settings
Hi. I have a Mk809ii with Android 4.4 2 installed. Is there a way to update it with a newer version of android? Actually It's impossible to use or install several apps.
I don't think there will be anyone eager to mod the newer ROMs for unpopular devices.
