Hello!
As I mentioned in this thread I have an issue with both front and back cameras. I already bought new front camera module and replaced the old one with it. Nothing changed. I need help.. I need official schematics so I could find the reason ( maybe some defective or faulty microcontroller) and fix it. HTC Customer service refused to give official schematics even though I offered to sign an NDA(non-disclosure agreement). So... Does anyone have schematics of U12+? I'm really upset with that...

Hi,
i'm searching for VOX there are never want to start. My VOX have a hardware fail (frontpeaker give no more sound). So i search for VOX there are ROM broken. So i can repair my device. If somebody want's to get some money for his broken VOX
Uh what? Your front speaker doesn't work? Buy a new one, I replaced mine, cost $12 for a front speaker off an XDA member in the UK. I'll sell you my whole device, but it'll be like $100 since it's in working order.
I cracked the digitizer on my fuze not too long ago, but I have been looking around for a new one so I can replace it. I have only for the one that belongs to the touch pro that has the camera on front which means there is a hole where the att logo would be. Does anyone know where I can get one that at least has no hole on the digitizer? And on that note does anyone know how to replace the digitizer? Because I know how to do it on the diamond (I found a site that went step by step how to) but the fuze is obviously different from the diamond. I hope I wouldn't have to dismantle the whole thing since there looks to be a way just to get to the screen from the sliding part instead of going through the back.
Did you manage to find one of these?
no I didn't. But I managed to get att to replace it. It's been a while now since i talked to them, but appperentally I had bought a warranty on it with out me knowing it. But if you have an idea where to find it, that would be helpful in the future if I am not so lucky again

I have asked them but they dont reveal upfront and asked me to send the handset to be examined by technician, then they will send me a quote and if i dont want to go further they will charge me £25 to send the handset back.

I had a broken LCD on my sensation, After looking through many sites, i got an approx repair charge of around £150 - £180 via HTC repairs.
There are some local repair shops that will do it for around £50 - £80... Which is a massive saving...But there is a chance they could cause more damage because its a tricky job and they are not qualified HTC repairmen so if it goes wrong...Bad luck I also doubt they will be using genuine HTC parts so that too could affect performance.
There are DIY Kits on ebay for around £60 delivered if you feel capable of doing it yourself. These adverts state they ARE genuine HTC parts.
There are several how-to videos on youtube so if you feel confident and have a steady hand and patience.... this would be best option.
Otherwise you could try to claim on some sort of insurance if you have it...
Finally, I dont recommend this but ive heard it works Take a picture of a NON broken HTC screen, And a picture of Your back showing YOUR IMEI no. then send it off for repair due to some bull**** excuse..
When it comes back, blame the broken screen on them, And show them the pictures you took saying 'this is how it looked before i sent it for repair'
Like i said,, Thats NOT recommended and the guilt shall haunt you forever !!!!

A few days ago my MB865 felt to the floor and although there is no visible damage, the main (rear) camera stopped working. I already downgrade to GB, came back to ICS and even tried CM10 but the result is the same: the camera application crashes shortly after start. The guy from technical service checked the phone and confirmed me the whole camera must be replaced.
I searched on many sites but the only one I found the part was here. Sadly it's out of stock. Does anybody know about a site that sell and deliver this piece on USA? (I didn't live there but a friend can bring it to me).
Thank you in advance.
Search eBay, right now they have non for sale (just looked) but patiently you can find one there, some sellers will ship internationally too
Sent from the machine that goes beep.
I have a spare camera, used, want me to list it on ebay? $20.
ive had my htc one for 6 months now.. yes its with this issue.. i didn't want to send it in for repair because i can't be without a phone for 20 days! (yes 20 days because i live in dubai) its under warranty .. and another reason why i don't want to send it in for repair is because I've seen many phones with damaged sides because they sent it for repair and i also have the slick wraps sticker on my phone
so i wanted to fix it by doing some software changes.. I've seen a thread in which a guy actually found the fix by doing some changes in the kernel.. is it true? can someone help me please
