Can't figure out what's causing it. I'd love to figure out and hopefully find a fix

Has anyone here had any random popping sounds from there phone, from the earpiece. Every now and then I will be sitting there and my phone will start making these faint staticky popping sounds and I have to restart it to get it to go away. Sound like somebody is snapping a rubber band.
I called Samsung and they said it is a very common issue. Unfortunately, they couldn't give any other details other than to reboot the phone.
Should I exchange the phone?
EDIT: I think it may be triggered by bluetooth pairing, unpairing, and then charging. Anybody else confirm?
So basically to everyone who receives my call it sounds like rushing wind. I've tested multiple different things and it sounds the same. I even went into the phone configuration menu and ran a test recording on the primary mic and still the same tornado. For a short while, turning off the WiFi fixed the issue, but now it is on going thing. I have read around other Z forums and have read that recent android updates have caused over sensitive mic and audio issues.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Is this software or faulty hardware issue?
Does anyone have any fixes for this?
Is there some sort of setting I missed? (I have turned mic sensitivity down in settings but no change.

Disable noise cancelling option for call and see if that helps, I have not encountered this.

I appreciate the suggestion, but I already tried that and it didn't work. Thanks though.

Get a new one, because, I just got a replacement (due to light bleed), and even my old one never had any audio problems.
OK, so I have been having this odd sound glitch for the past few days, it sounds like a notification, but not one i have ever heard before. Sometimes it loops and sounds really weird. It comes on at what seems to be random times. I have done everything at this point to try and fix the issue, including restore, wiped everything, reinstalled the OS, tried different ROMs, no matter what I do i get the same weird issue, Any Help would be great.
I have recorded a video that shows the sound but I am unable to post it on here
I am experiencing random BEEP sounds coming from my phone while on standby/use. Any way can I find out what app/xposed module/anything that is causing this beeps?

Hi People
I have very annoying microphone issue in my phone. Sometimes microphone stops recording sound during video shots and the problem disappear as soon as I reboot phone. What could be the reason and how to fix this? Thanks for your comments and helps
PS: I believe it is not faulty hardware related.

I have the same issue and one way to resolve it by force stopping Google in the Apps list. It seems like it is google assistant is causing the issue. Anybody knows a better way of resolving this issue?

Thanks for the solution I also noticed that Google assistant seems to cause the problem. I am glad that I am not the only one who faces this issue. One note, always check microphone before starting a video record otherwise the end result could be disappointing
