Please report to the police and hand over the phone to them. Helping you to unlock a stolen phone will be illegal:
9. Don't get us into trouble.
Don't post copyrighted materials or do other things which will obviously lead to legal trouble. If you wouldn't do it on your own homepage, you probably shouldn't do it here either. This does not mean that we agree with everything that the software piracy lobby try to impose on us. It simply means that you cannot break any laws here, since we'll end up dealing with the legal hassle caused by you. Please use common sense: respect the forum, its users and those that write great code.

Research on Cheeta Sim unlock

Hi,
Hows it going with treo 750 simunlock. please be kind enough post your work on latest cheeta unlocker.
many thanks
Perhaps you'd like to lead things off?
Typically being a new member and demanding information is seen as a bit rude.
And if you need an unlock right away, IMEI Check always works.

Man, he has donated to this site (and quite a bit), so cut him some slack, please
Still no need to be demanding.
I'm sorry, but what about his post is "demanding"??? He's not demanding anything at all; he's asking nicely is anyone has any information on how to unlock it besides IMEI-Check; that's all.

^^^What he said. I think it is a very polite post. People really need to stop looking for hostility where there is none to be found.

Hi folks
I am completely new to the world of tweaking your android device. I didn't even know how to root a device until 24 hours ago. I wanted to install a better version of android than the stock version that came with the device and I went about reading how to do so, starting with rooting the device which I had success with. I then tried to install a custom rom called cleanonda50 rom. I spent hours trying to figure it out and somehow managed to completely botch things up. I may have bricked the device and I spent hours trying to fix the problem to no avail. I'm completely defeated and ready to send it to a professional to get it fixed. The device won't turn on and I don't know what to do.
I found a website where an android expert will remote control my computer and fix it for a fee. I was thinking (and Mods please let me know if this is frowned upon), I was looking to see if anyone would be interested in helping and instead of paying this website, I could perhaps pay you compensation for your expert advice and time by remoting into my pc and walking me through the process. Or if one of the Mods would volunteer, I could make a small donation to the forum to support with running costs. If you are interested, please send me a Private Message.
As it stands I have an expensive paperweight, so I apologize if I'm doing anything that is considered discouraging; please let me know and I will amend my post.
Thanks everyone

That is not what XDA is about, this is a Development site not pay to have work done site. I suggest you try another site, or just read and learn for yourself regarding your device.
There are tons of guides and the question sections for your device, that is the place to learn, but coming here and looking to pay someone again is not what XDA is about.

[Completed] [Q] Sprint Note 3 flashed to Boost Mobile ROM

Hello, i have a SM-N900P note 3 originally on sprint, now flashed to Boost Mobile. I bought it brand new. It has android version 4.4.2 and im wanting to update to Lollipop on either a official version, or unofficial....whichever more stable. I paid a person to flash it to boost and he did so remotely, ive attempted to contact him for information on his process but have not been responded to. It is rooted and has TWRP and a full nandroid back up.
Please help me, im scared to try flashing a rom then ruining the ''boost flash''.
I can attatch pictures from my About Device if safe and helpful.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Paying someone to alter your device has left you in a position where you have a modified phone but no knowledge on how it got to that state or how to proceed. I firmly believe that if you can't take the time to learn how to do these things for yourself then you shouldn't be doing them at all. Having a modified phone, and working with a modified phone, requires a certain level of knowledge, it requires research, it requires work. Now you can see that taking the easy way initially hasn't really benefited you in the long run. Anyway, you have a lot of learning to do, Samsung phones can be especially difficult to modify due to the way that they're locked down. You're going to need to head over to the Sprint Note 3 section and start doing as much reading as you can. I can't really point to one specific thread because there's so much information that you need to take in. If you get stuck though there's a q&a section that you can ask for help in. Here's a link to the Sprint Note 3 device forum:

Lol look man, I am very familiar with flashing stock Roms and custom roms. As well as most other device modifications. I reached out for advice in hopes of hearing someone's output that may have already done this type of procedure.with that being said,if I can afford to pay someone to do what I may simply not have TIME to do,then that's my prerogative. These forums are to help people, not to write a reply that is in no way helpful. Maybe you should be the one that needs to do more reading. ☺??
P.s.
I have a Galaxy Note 3 flashed to Boost Mobile and pay only $35 a month, I'd say I was very benefited. Lmfao ???? You mad bro? ???

You came here for help and yet you LOL at the help....
Sounds like you take your device back to the carrier and stay stock but you also stated you are familiar with flashing, and yet you are "scared".
And sounds like you should be doing the reading, after all you came here to ask, vice searching and reading for yourself. Nevertheless
Good Luck and Thread Closed.

Hello,
timmaaa pointed you in the right direction, and as he suggested you will get more help posting your question in the device specific forum.
XDA Assist is not a "Support" forum it is to guide new users to areas they can find the help they need.
Please post your question in the link above or the Sprint Note 3 Q&A section to get the answer/help you are looking for.

Hi !
Your problem can`t be discussed nor solved here on XDA , we do not allow IMEI tampering discussion or tutorials whatsoever. It is illegal to change / replace the IMEI thus the forum rules states as below
9. Don't get us into trouble.
Don't post copyrighted materials or do other things which will obviously lead to legal trouble. If you wouldn't do it on your own homepage, you probably shouldn't do it here either. Question Everyone please help

Everyone please help unlock the bootloader and Rooted the phone. I am tired of searching in Chinese and Japanese sites because I heard someone say that the method and the files exist, but it is not in the known language or we did not reach it, and unfortunately I did not find anything until this moment.
I bought this phone a few weeks ago and I really like it
Everyone please share any information they have
I was intending to try to install the black shark 3 files from the phone in a desperate attempt, and I had a problem
I didn't find the following - because I didn't find it
add your account and device in miui settings developer options mi unlock status
This option is not available to me at all
That's why I couldn't complete the experiment
I thank you all in advance
SHARK PRS-H0
Once there is a method it will be shared here. To create lots of posts and cry around helps nobody. Just wait or sell the phone.
