Hi, I have the same problem, were you able to solve it?
so, I was wanting the update files via ota.zip because this fixes the device with locked bootloader.
I tried using Motorola's repair assistant and it didn't solve the problem as it flashes via bootloader. I think it's just for the recovery.
alguna solicion?

Hello, I ran into a pretty big problem with my girl friends phone. I have rooted prior to the current problem I have. I was installing a cwm thru rom manager (ya i know I shouldn't of used rom manager). anyways I picked the wrong phone model. It is stuck in a boot loop. Just totally stuck at lg screen. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions towards my problem. Thank you in advance. I am really at a dead end on what to do here.

I have done the same thing.. i fixed it . flashed the KDZ file for my phone with the phone off with no battery.. find the how to.. flash kdz files and find the right file for you.
I couldnt find a easier way. maybe someone else knows a easier way..

ive got an 8x and an 8s egeneering sample.
i bricked my 8x by updating it ota. It now is in a never ending bootloop. Yet i can acess the bootloader, so i made a pick for you. Htc support hasnt been very helpful untill now, so im asking you guys for help. Allthough i didnt quite know where to post it these are NFR units so i think this is the right place. I guess i need to flash something over my phone with my pc. Hope you can help me.

That just happened to me too. How did you get it into bootloader mode?
@malinemir, that link you provided doesn't work.
EDIT: Okay, It's holding down power, volume down, and camera button to get to boot loader. Now what do we flash over it?

Godd afternoon to everyone, I have a problem with my nexus s. as the title, broke the power button .. so out of the blue. I solved the problem by installing apk that allowed me to work around this problem .. so I decided to change rom: then download and install everything, just that when you install the gapps I realized that they were corrote! so I'm not part of the setup wizard, I can not access the options, I can not do anything at all and now I have a phone that is as good as a doorstop, since the only thing I can do is connect it to your PC as a mass storage . I tried using the adb without success to be able to start in bootloader mode but without success with "error: device not found". I do not know if the debug mode is active but do not think so! I do not know what to do I hope someone can give me good advice on what to do. Hello to all.

Before you sell it.. I have a thought, couldn't hurt right?.. Nexus Root Tool Kit can take a "bricked" phone and re-flash to stock, oem lock and unroot.. There have been posts that said that flashing to stock has helped with the power button, assuming that it isn't actually broken and just needs reset.. So give it a try, you can PM me if you have questions..
Since you are selling it for parts, this could let you sell it as working, or you could keep it and close the sale..

i've run into a big problem that i can't the solution for.
I've wanted to unroot phone so i can delete some random apps which were preinstalled, like traffic manager and so. So i found somewhere link for rooting and unlocking bootloader. I rooted the phone and deleted the app Traffic Manager, but i also think i accidentely unlocked bootloader which since then caused BOOT LOOP.
Nothing woudn't work, except VOLUME + - and power button, which would force firmware install from micro sd card. I was spending 2 days finding my version for 2.3.6, and it was b896 or b892. I coudn't find any of those 2, so i tried the B952 for ICS (4.0.3 android system), and it worked somehow.
But now the problem is touchscreen in that system won''t work at all (touchscreen is working in general, i can see that by the light dimm), and when i go in recovery mode there is option to update touchscreen firmware ?? I can't seem to find anyone on internet who had that problem or needed that update for touchscreen. How to fix this issue?
Update: I found that the original rom is this: HUAWEI_Ascend_G300_firmware(U8815_Android_2.3_V100 R001C00B892CUSTSRBC128D001_Serbia-Telenor_05011ATB)
But problem is i still can't find any working links, does anyone have it by accident ?

Had a hardbrick happen on my Google Pixel yesterday; I was typing a message and the phone rebooted, started normally, then within a minute it did it again and then 1 more time and it never turned back on. Connecting it to a PC, it shows up as infamous QUSB_BULK. Does anyone have or have knowledge of the eMMC files and software required in order to reflash the bootloader or whatever is required to be able to flash Android back onto it?
Any help is much appreciated!

I think it is possible with qfil flash tool. The problem is getting the right files.
I have the software, but not the files required unfortunately. They don't seem to exist on the open web.

I have spent hours looking for the right files to unbrick a Qualcomm phone. Found most but not all.

Yes, but they are different for each Qualcomm phone. I found a big stash of random ones but I searched for a few days and can't find files for Google Pixel...
I suspect it might be a failed flash IC but I cannot confirm without trying to flash it.
