Hi guys!
i got a LG Velvet 5G SK model (G900N). i just wanna ask someone who knows a trick to unlock its dual sim capability.
I'm guessing a firmware switch (to G900EMW) but still in a G900N south korean model phone would do the trick. I maybe wrong about this.
I tried switching firmware using LGUP and LG Flash tool, but to no avail.
you guys free to educate me.

Hi everbody,
Im am a brand new owner of the LG G3 from the Bell Canada carrier. I was wondering if this is the good forum for flashing roms and recovery ? It's because I can't Find any forum with the D852 model number and my experience with my samsung galaxy note was that the AT&T and canadian variant was the same.

Welcome. There is a forum for Canadian lg g3. It's not here in the at&t forum. Search Canadian lg g3 and you'll find it. It's a mess lol sorry. Like 80 pages and everything's messy. Stinks there's isn't a forum for the d852.

If so, that isn't exactly a substitute for an actual forum.
To answer the OP's question, yes, this is the best forum for the Canadian variant of the G3. Canada has the same phone variant as the AT&T version in the US but under a different model number (D850 in the states and D852 in Canada). All apps, ROMs, accessories, etc... are compatible with the Canadian version of the phone. This is the best forum to use for the Canadian model since we do not have our own full sub-forum

Hello everybody, even tho i am not new to the forum itself i couldn't remember mu username/password. I will startby mentioning thta recently u posted as a guest a question regarding my lg stylo. Got it soft brick, however the admin/mod emailed me a link to a thread that fix my problem. Now my lg stylo is rooted.
What i am actually needing hel the most is in the following. Due to $$ situation i switched to metro pcs. Don't complain,they gave me a free samsung phone free. I been searching for days to find out how to sim unlock the lg stylo (boostmobile )
Cant find a way to insert the unlock code. I have tried to take battery off, put the sim from my metro. Nothing. Anybody has a clue ?

Hello everyone, I'm making this thread because Im having some trouble updating my phone to the latest version of Andriod.
I have an LG G3 D850 factory unlocked. This means it's an at&t phone, so I'd need an at&t sim to update it. The problem is, I dont live in the US, Im from southamerica, Uruguay specifically.
As I dont have the sim or anything, my phone is stuck in Android 4.4.2.
My question is, is there any way for me to update my phone? What happens if I download and install the D855 version for this phone (the international version) will it block my networks?

I just saw an LG G4 (VS986) on ebay. I live in India. The carrier is verizon, the VS986 is an US model. It is written that hotspot won't work. Also there is mentioned that verizon logo will come up during booting. My queries are:
1) Why hotspot won't work? Will I be unable to access WiFi also?
2) Why will verizon logo come up during booting? Is it common or the phone is rooted?
3) Will I also face problems regarding upgrading the phone to marshmallow?
That's all... I know these are too many questions but please help....

I have been looking for hours for tot and dll files to use to un 'bootloop/softbrick' my phone. I can find them for every G3 model but the US990. If anyone has these to download, id be greatly appreciative.
I found these ones, they are from 2014 and Im assuming are kitkat, where my device is lolipop.
