Why is my device getting in Qualcomm crashdump mode in spite of a successful download?
Your unit was most likely manufactured after March 9th 2021, see https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...ice-to-oxygenos.4180837/page-14#post-84789741 for reference. You therefore need to use HydrogenOS 11.0.7.12 MSM to recover your device linked at https://www.oneplusbbs.com/thread-5886794-1.html (mirrored at https://mega.nz/file/O8UySbgR#cXGlHkdA_7CYEhKIrek9zzAEwJ7Vx1D5BZdemnPlvGE by @pikatenor ). Getting new OxygenOS MSM tools is nowadays impossible unless you own the device it is meant for, so OP will not be updated to add new OxygenOS MSM tools allowing to workaround this issue. Feel however free to reach out to me in DM if you would like to get told how to maximise your chances to obtain one.

Better to keep the same topic within one thread instead of splitting messages about the same topic off.
Too bad that Moto can't keep a word of what they told us before!!!
They are bunch of LIARS!!! Period!!!
Everyone here that has a G4 should question Moto about this!!!

I don't have this device but, I do understand what you're experiencing for your device since this is a real challenge regarding anything on the forum as well as on Google as well.
I looked up your device and saw that your device has an "MTK6735". This is also known as a Mediatek MT6735.
You have 2 options...
1) Contact the manufacturer, via the following link, and try to obtain some type of support for your device.
http://www.sumvier.com/support/index.html
2) The form has a ton of various information that's specific to the MT6735 and the MT67xx (the MT67xx indicates all Mediatek devices that begin with MT67).
I can only provide you with some options where you may be able to obtain some type of member guidance to either help you out or even another thread that may better fit your device/situation.
These are just a handful of threads to help give you a good start...

https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2466694
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701283
As a last resort, if all else fails with any of the above threads, you can always try to obtain some member guidance within one of the following General Q&A forum threads.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2257421
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2259645
I do wish you the best of luck!

I DO NOT provide support via PM unless asked/requested by myself. PLEASE keep it in the threads where everyone can share.

See I actually have this device and by the looks of your patch levels and such root is not possible for you anymore. I have a Rev3 of the same model stuck in my drawer anything past this is stuck as files are no longer available. Through the threads, if you find something for rev 3 I could try and help you but if you're on the last official update for that device which is rev4 your out of luck
Hi.
I cannot recover the OS. Msm tool runs 18 seconds and shows Sahara ....
Tried Global, EU, India versions
I have Win 11, Qualcomm drivers installed.
I will add that on the second computer with the same win 11 system in the device manager (ports and LPT) the Qualcomm device appears from time to time and disappears.
Help

Thread 'MSM cannot recognize your phone aka. Sahara Connection error? Check this.' https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...a-sahara-connection-error-check-this.4308601/
Gotta look around. 2 posts from yours. This works. Then use correct variant of msm tool from https://onepluscommunityserver.com/list/Unbrick_Tools/
If the correct variant doesnt work, try the OP9 Pro - India MSM tool. Its the only one that has worked for many people with the OP9 5G Global/NA model.
