[Completed] Can this Galaxy tab 7 be saved?

Hi, Any chance in resurrecting this galaxy tab 7? I think the partition table is messed up.
Model: Verizon Mobile SCH-I800
Issue: many;
failed to mount's
can't mount's
format fails
can't open
unknown rom
history unknown
*Can boot into recovery and download mode *can't apply update.zip from sdcard, can't even mount sdcard.
I have tried heimdall with stock roms and PITs etc but with no luck. About to try adb with parted etc but have found little info on this and wouldn't know where to start.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, happy to try anything

Probably you will need to flash a stock ROM with ODIN.

Thanks for the links, I've tried the collective helper package but for the life of me I cannot get it to download fully, it always stops halfway through, I've asked for a mirror to be posted up but no reply yet. Will check out Q&A again also, Have tried many suggestions there however i'm still having trouble and finding a plain stock tar.gz rom is proving difficult.

Hello everyone, I need your help Please.
I discovered Android and obviously I do stupid things
Following mishandling, my tablet is blocked.
I wanted to install and test other "ROM" (as one can install an OS on a PC) but my tablet is not happy: p
Currently it normally lit but the WiFi and the touchscreen does not work.
It is well recognized by my PC but I can not validate the connection to the tablet (hs touch screen).
So I want a "ROM" compatible and the way to install it.

Jd1639 Hello, yes I use the wizard but as you point out, not easy to find information for this device.
The other week when I asked the same question is in standby, so I came here. I also contacted the seller for more information but I have no answer yet ...

After running RSPL on MANGO OSPL, you can't flash device via SPL.
Windows Phone 7 OS is still booting and working.

Some HTC OEM Update contain a new Spl.
Maybe this way it will be possible to fix this issue.
if you have an half bricked device simply post this details:
device model
Dev unlock state (chevron...)
oem version (exemple 2250.21.40600.401)
& if possible rom link.
And i will told you what to try...

[Completed] Rom update error on android amlogic

I´m trying to root my android box amlogic g18ref. I already tried every kind of root app and did not work at all. I cant use adb because the developer mode is blocked by firmware.
Another strange thing is that i use the stock firmware and try to update with Android Recovery it works. But if i just unzip it, zip it again, no changes, resign it i got the same error when i try to root or use a custom ROM.
Can anybody help me?

I'm using an Android 4.4 tablet (rooted), and I want to customize these 2 icons that shows on notification bar: WiFi with question mark, and downloading icon (actually it's a short animation to show the downloading status)

I know the icons should be in an apk file, but I don't know the file path. I try to extract “systemui.apk” ,"framework-res.apk" and "settings.apk", but nothing found. Could somebody tell me any possible path please? Thanks a lot.
