One shows the total space without excluding the space taken by system. (The whole chip)
The other one shows the space, excluding the system space. (User Data)
It's pretty obvious, and there's no mistake about it. It's like delivering the answer in two different ways.

How do I get the whole system back on the one with just user data so both will show whole system chip storage.
Also I have been trying to get firmware to flash using QFIL do you have any ideas how I can get passed the PC only recognizing the device as only (Android Boot device ). It's not recognize to Port to flash the firmware package. Do you have any ideas or maybe anything I can try to maybe get the ports to for download mode?
thank you for your time and consideration and input.

A picture says 1000 words
Can't put stuff on it, won't even let me write to my SD card, which it says has space.
Done hard reset - nothing
Note 4 clone MT6572
Any ideas?

SD card is fine, but upon further testing I think the phone storage is lying and is only very small
Do you have root? Some Samsung phones (I don't know if it applies to clones too) fill /data partition with log files (many MB every day). You could navigate to /data/log (or similar) and delete all *.log.gz, *.txt.gz
A handy tool to check where is space wasted is Disk Usage
Also note that some EMMC need reboot to update free space records, so phone may report memory is still full until you reboot.
Ok, thanks for the tips. I have root, and will try your suggestions when I get time.
I think so some phones show the phone memory is full because the app installation space is full it differ to media storage rom so plz go to setting and go to app settings and move the most of heavy app to sd card i think so it may help and try it once..............and doing it power off once and then on it

Problem with enable root access - Lumia 1020 [64GB Edition]

Hello world!
Over a month ago I bought (online auction) a specific model of the Lumia 1020, specific because the 64GB edition (German).

I flashed it with his original rom, because after a reset to the factory settings, a few applications were missing, e.g. "Lumia Camera". Now I've got everything that was missing. I was able to unlock the bootlader without any problems (I think so)
I was able to get into Mass Storage mode (Windows showed me the system files of the phone).
But when I try to root that phone in Mass Storage mode, then I see this message:
I also tried option: "Enable Root Access on ROM images" unfortunately, in the end, after all the steps that have been taken, the same message pops up. I really want to have root access to my phone, what should I do in this situation, try to flash phone with "prerooted" 32GB ROM from other phone or something like that?
I already have some files on it, because I've taken a lot of photos and videos, but it wouldn't be a problem for me to make a backup, but it would be nice if I could get root access without this option to combine with other ROM's. I think, the option is that the WPinternals has a problem with rooting this model, because that model has originally unsupported "EFIESP" to run enable root script. I'm a beginner in Windows Phone, because my adventure with him has just begun. I'm counting on your help. I also apologize for potential grammatical errors, but this is not my native language, so sometimes I would like to use some untranslatable phrases and it looks funny in a further context. Greetings.
P.S. I'm uploading a photo before I unlock the bootloader.
Still nothing new
After many attempts, still nothing new.

NERLMIAY chineese tablet

Hello people.
I did the mistake and bought a Chinese tablet from a website, that promised a lot, but finally it's not like that.
It's a 10,1 inch tablet . It should be very strong and fast, with 16GB Ram and so on. It also should have android 10.
Anyway, it works real slow. But the main problem is That it's android system is old and a lot of apps does not support it anymore.
Device Info HW application shows the specifications that you can see on the pictures.
I'm open to any suggestions that would make this device run smoothly and become a newer and more apps-compatible version of android.
I'm good at working through the PC, by connecting the tablet with it. I already did activate developer options and USB debugging. And it is also already rooted.
So, I don't know which TWRP image file to install, because I don't know which one would be compatible to this no-name tablet. Same goes also for a better custom ROM though.
Please people can anybody help me?
1. To find the right twrp image file
2. To find a custom rom
Thank you very much!

Why don't you just return the phone and ask for a refund?
what did you do to save him? I did the same **** as you, I bought it thinking it would be the best tablet in the world, 12 core 16gb of RAM, 512 of sd... all a lie

Strange app listed in WiFi data usage overview

I'm using a unrooted Galaxy S20 (SM-G981B) and a few days ago I found a folder at my storage named "****". I never created this folder, but the timestamp and it's creation date was similar with the time where I tried some timelapse apps from the play store. After some research I also found out that there is a library for java (+ I guess android) called ****-Storage-Access-Framework (Link on Github: ****-Storage-Access-Framework) which seems to try helping developers to handle all the data file handling. So I was a bit more calmed, as I guess some of those timelaps apps might used this library and named the folder "****" because of this (not very professional but possible I guess).
Although I was somewhat calmed I was still warned and more attentive than usual. Yesterday I checked my WiFi Data usage (Connections->Data usage->WiFi data usage) and found a very strange app, called "10463". This App is listed nowhere else (also not in mobile data usage). I have no clue what app this could be or if it is connected to the "****" folder case a few days ago. But now I'm worried.
Beside this two cases nothing else strange happened on my phone.
Does someone has any idea what this app could be?
EDIT: When I print a list of all packages wie adb command "adb shell pm list packages", there is also no package with "10463" included.

Hi guys first time posting,
So before I start I’m sure this type of topic as been asked millions of times and I’m not posting this blind, I have put in some research into it albeit with my limited knowledge. I’m 90% certain this is a lost cause but here’s to hoping this community can help.
My mother has given me my uncles old phone after he passed away with the task of retrieving old family photos. It’s PIN locked and despite trying lots of possible combinations I’ve had no luck.
There is no custom roms installed and I doubt debugging is turned on, when plugged into a laptop it’s not recognised by the system (I believe the mode needs switching, but requires PIN to access that)
The phone in question is: Motorola G9 Plus
The phone does have a SDcard slot.
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Do a Google search for "Motorola G9 Plus FRP Unlock Tool".

Does this not require factory reset? I’ve watched a couple of the videos and read a few articles, they all seem to start from a fresh install.
I’m currently locked at the PIN screen and don’t know how I would get to that stage without factory resetting
