Hi all,
I just updated my nite to kitkat and I'm noticing a major change in my battery life...
On 4.1.2 I got through the day with no problems but now it seems as if the battery is draining much faster.. I'm getting about 5 hours of screen on...
Anyone else facing a similar situation?
Thanks!

Did you do a full erase full reset? What rom did you install?
Erase the "batterystats.bin" file.
How to reset my battery stats?
If your battery drain problem doesn't go away, try re-flash your ROM & redo the above steps.
Hey guys
I clean flashed Robbie's SaberMod with AK Kernel and keep running into the "Miscellaneous" battery drain on Battery usage. From what i've read around it was a "wifi" lollipop issue in earlier builds, but later builds resolved that. However for my build, it does not seem to go away. Anyone know what is causing this?
I have checked BBS & WLD, all are operating normal and show "proximity sensor" as wake locks, which i think is normal.
Its driving me insane. Im usually fairly good at troubleshooting battery issues, but lost on this.
Bumpp what is going onn?
Bump anyone? :/

I've been using Daleski75's unofficial nightly. I know this does not really help, but the last two nights, 31 Dec 14 and 1 Jan 15, my battery has drained completely overnight. I noticed this morning that my battery usage showed Miscellaneous: 65%.
Hey guys so recently my Pixel 2 has been draining battery and I don't know why. I feel as though this had started happening right after the February 5 security update but i don't know if that makes sense... Any ideas on what could be causing the drain in battery? I have a screenshot to show you guys that Android Services seem to be causing the issue. I have wifi scanning off too which I have seen can affect battery.

There has been a lot of reports on battery drain after the February patch update. There is a post on reddit who used the files go app to clear the cache for multiple Google apps that seemed to fix the issue. You could try that and see if it works for you. A

Fixed it... If anyone else is having this issue, go to developer options and turn off "Mobile Data Always Active"
Hello,
I am currently on stock Oreo with April 2018 update. Battery life is 3hr to 4hr screen on time (that would take it to around 10-20%). Has anyone decided to downgrade? If yes, did battery life improve?
Thanks
