No sensors after installing custom AOSP roms - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

I orginally had Havoc Os on my phone and wanted to go back to OOS Rom. I reverted my phone to a stock build and went through the process of rooting/ flashing phone. Now when I install any custom rom, the only sensor that works is gps. Reverting back to OOS and it works again. Has anyone ran into this issue and if so how did you resolve it? T-mobile variant flashed to international variant. Tested Rom's Resurrection Remix, HavocOS, and international OSS 9/10/11.

No Service in Oneplus one

Hello Guys,
I am not getting any network after flashing my phone with hydrogenos and flashing back to CM12.
- As required , i had to install chinese TWRP recovery to install hydrogen os.
- After running the hydrogen os for couple of hours i decided to go back to CM12
- Flashed TWRP latest one and flashed CM12 using TWRP recovery.
- As Cyanogen does not support installing OTA updates using TWRP i flashed CM12 original recovery.
- The phone turned on just fine but without any network.
- Then i tried to flash back to stock CM11S but the phone got bricked.
- I followed a tutorial and restored back it to CM11S.
Even after doing all these i am still getting "No service" but the name of operator is showing.
Pls help
try flashing the appropriate modem along with the stock ROM

incompatible rom error dirty flashing cm13 over stock marshmallow

Apologies if this has already been asked, couldn't find it in search.
I want to dirty flash over the stock rom, but I get an incompatible rom error from twrp.
I've always been able to do this with previous versions and never had an issue. I even dirty flashed the stock Google build via fastboot on top of cm12 so I wouldn't have to set up again, and the phone has been running fine ever since.
My question is how to disable this security check so I can dirty flash cm13 over stock marshmallow without wiping?
Flashed CM Recovery and it let me dirty flash no problem. Phone is booting now.

Is an up to date bootloader necessery and can it causes bug in CM?

Hi I am currently on the canadian note 4. I am having some difficulty with cyanogenmod 12.1 lately so I wanted to move to CMRemix for better stability. The Installation guide ask the bootloader and the modem to be updated, I am doing that by reverting to an up to date stock rom and then installing CMRemix (Odin did not want flash for some reason.)
What I understand from the bootloader is that it is like the BIOS on a PC. Can my not up to date bootloader be causing the bug on CM 12.1? I am having the bluetooth crash bug and an overall slow system. CM also does not seem to work to well with spotify.
I am not an expert but I have been running custom rom for 3 years on my note 4 and note 2.
Thanks

Odin didn't want to flash the stock ROM???
Flash a stock ROM with Odin. Then flash a custom recovery like TWRP. Then do an advanced wipe and wipe cache delvik, system, data. The bluetooth could be unstable on CM12. You can look for a stable ROM and flash that if you're looking for everything to work flawlessly

I tried flashing the modem and bootloader, not the entire firmware. I ended up installing the stock firmware in the end. I am doing the updates now and will install CMRemix shortly after
I always go stock before I flash a new ROM. Best way unless directed otherwise

Downgrade to Stock Rom

Hello,
I am currently using Lineage OS 15.1 but as I have massive lags, I would like to go back to stock rom.
First question:
1) How can I get the offiical rom?
2) What is the proper process of downgrading?
Thanks,
Just flash this like any other ROM in TWRP. It's the stock 251

XT1225 - Stock ROM works fine, custom ROMs don´t load

I was using the RR ROM (don´t remember wich version) and someday the screen starts to froze often, I manage to go to TWRP and did the wipes and re-flash the ROM, but it got stucked in RR logo, until reboot to recovery. I tried to flash different ROM's, but no different results. So I flash the Stock ROM, the TWRP version that I found here in the forum, and it worked!! But then again I tried to install a custom ROM and it not load, I don't know what problem it could be. So if someone here have any ideas I really appreciate the help!
Hoy. Did you tried to flash a stock rom with RSD lite? I always fully re-flash after a custom ROM. But imo custom roms don't sit well with Moto Maxx, they drain battery super fast. Back when mine was new i could get like 4 days of battery in the OEM rom, just debloated. With 6.0.1 i get at least one day, but with a custom rom i'm lucky if i get near that now.
