Hi,
Today the android 11 update finally arrived in my Note 9s EU version.
after update every thing was good.
But now i cant download any media with whatsapp or download any files with chrome(they shows me discoonection error), but i can send an recieve massages with wahatsapp.
other massengers are working probably and i can download any app with play store(the WIFI and Data are working probably)
when i restart the phone this problems become solved but after 1 hours the appears again.
What should Ido?!

I have problem with mediaPad X2 firmware 703L, I got phone with installed android 5.1.1 and he automatically recently after first turn on automatically updated in Android 6.0 version B212. Phone work almost perrfectly, only problem I cannot get option to show me images from contact list when somebody call me or I call, I tried everithing I know but this option do not work. Does anybody know how to solve it?

Hi everyone I have a huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G LIO-AN00 Chinese and I made the transition from EMUI 10 to 10.1 but I discovered a problem. As soon as I install google play service to put google services, the phone signals me `` error in uninstalling google play service '' therefore I cannot proceed with the installation and I have tried in every way to downgrade the firmware to return to the EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.205 but nothing to do has happened to any of you?
Uníntall beta profile, using HiSuite to downgrade to EMUI 10.1 and install GG. Do not wipe/reset factory after update to 10.1
Exactly what problem you are facing and may I know is it beta update or stable update.

Friend hello and thanks for the reply but to exit the beta test which procedure should I do? However, I have already formatted and reset because I thought it was a problem caused by the update therefore I imagined that formatting would have solved the problem. I tried to do the downgrade procedure with Hi Suite but without leaving the beta test and it didn't work it doesn't make me go back to the previous stable version.

Friend today I connected my phone to the PC by opening hisuite and suddenly it gave me the possibility to be able to return to the EMUI 10 stable version 10.0.0.205, so now I do the update I install the google app with the method you have on your page ( The real one ) and then I will redo the beta update to use google gms with EMUI 10.1
i have had this issue for a while now / unable to update the firmware above / My phone was paired with a HuaWei Pro Mate 20 / and it was working for a while (bought end of 2018) and didnt use for a while / and when i tried to do an update last year, it found an update but the update kept failing. The phone is now broken and waiting to be fixed (glass) so i am left with the phone. i tried to pair with a a samsung galaxy note 9 and for some reason, the phone failed to detect the watch / (health app and and tried using wear OS) both failed. so i tried to pair with my iphone. I was able to connect and the iphone 11 found the update above 1.0.5.22 but the update failed as well (somehow, it lost connection). Not sure what the issue is. The watch was bought in Ireland (came as a gift with the huawei mate 20 ) - In trying to do the update, the attemp was made in Malaysia - I am totally lost as to what is happening. Do i have to update step by step -- I just saw my watch firmware is 1.0.3.88
Last Time I have notification about Update Version to V12.5.2.0.???????? for Indonesian Regi0n.
Then I follow the instruction to do the update, after the installation finish and reboot ..
the suddenly my touchscreen stop working.
then I sent my Redmi Note 8 Pro to Service Center and they flash back the ROM to OEM Version and then my Cell back work again.
Today, I have another notification said that MIUI V12.5.1.0.RGGMIXM Stable is ready for download.
Actually I feel a little bit trauma to execute the update things
Is it OK If I just do the Update or Just Ignore it and stay in OEM MIUI Version ?

Hi,
I was able to finally get google on my phone about a year ago. I was able to update my phone once, manually, by downloading the firmware manually from the FF-app/website and connecting it to HiSuite.
For 8 months now, I havent been able to do this process anymore because FF-app/website shows me no working firmware. I think my phone is in risk because some of my passwords have been hacked and im almost sure its not my laptop. I am ready, if i have to, to do a factory reset. I was told when adding google services, that even after a reset, the google services will remain on my phone.. But then the issue is still not solved as my phone doesnt want to update by itself. It always says the firmware is the latest one which is impossible after 8 months or longer not updating it.
When using FF app, every single firmware i click, it tells me: Error, most likely the firmware was removed from the server.
When i try to download a firmware from the desktop it says: An error occured.
I feel like im stuck.. What should i do?
My huawei P40 PRO+
Model: ELS LGRP6 or ELS N39 (im not sure which one it is. the 2nd one is written on my phone but the first one is written on a paper from 1 year ago)
Build number: 10.1.0.175(C432E2R3P3)
Emui version: 10.1.0

The solution was that:
- downgrade using dload firmware
- install Google with googlefier
- OTA update to the last EMUI version ( he requested that)
