I think I didn't. But, now I cannot even flash Arrow os rom. It says ERROR 1. Can I flash Arrow OS Rom from MIUI12 stock?

Ok I've been there too mate
Arrow os is based on Android 11 so u firdt need to flash the android 11 frameware (a small file)
For the error 1 just follow the steps :
Format before installing
And before swiping to flash make sure to check the "unmount system before installing"
Only

Go to setting > about phone and see Baseband version.
If you're coming from CM13.1 make sure to wipe everything except internal storage.
Download the ROM again if possible (the version you have downloaded may be corrupted) from the Lineage os official site and gapps(micro or pico).
Flash the ROM first and then gapps.
Reboot your device.
If you want the Root access download the Su add-on from the Lineage website also.
Hope it will work.
Let us know.
Thanks.

Re,
Sorry... but i don't have any os in my oneplus one... he is empty exept zip the lastest version of official website and zip of gapps.
Thank you

How to flash Miui 12 from custom recovery?

I was on Miui 11, Pie, when i unlocked bootloader, after unlocking boot loader i flashed orange fox recovery and and flash miui pro 9.10.10 wich iss miui 11 pie based custom rom.
Now i was using this for some while now yesterday i found masik p rom which is android 10 and miui 12 based.
After flashing msik p my phone is only booting in recovery,
Now i tried another miui 12 based rom which is Rog edition for violet
And same problem again, Its just show xiaomi logo and then reboot to orange fox.
Now i tried another version of miui pro which is miui pro 20.3.4 this is android 10 based but its miui 11, and its working fine.
Now I'm just curious is there any thing i habe to do to run miui 12 roms on my phone as miui 11 based roms are working weather it is pie based or android 10. But When comes to miui 12 its not booting.
In YouTube i found some one saying format data after flashing miui 12 rom and i tried that to still no luck, Any one have faved same issue can share their experience and solution too. Thank You for reading this.
Same problem bro....i dont understand how to solve this...so i tried to flash twrp,,but twrp is not installing.finally i am in orange fox recovery along with one plus 7 os beta15

Thank u bro...i will try this after...bcoz now i am using oxygen beta,,it is running smooth and well....plz give the miui novo rom link also
First of all download miui 12 recovery zip file for violet, after that boot into pitch black recovery, then wipe all partitions you see there and must format data then reboot to pitch black recovery again now place the zip file into your phone and flash and you will be good to go

You dont have to wipe everything and it is REALLY risky because if the flashing process fails for any reason you will result with a hard-bricked phone, even twrp might get messed up. Flashing a new ROM will auto replace the partitions on its own

ArrowOS wifi not working

Tried flashing arrow OS on my poco x3 nfc . now wifi is not working and everytime i open it, my phone crashes. tried flashing other rom, but twrp just shows random jumble on install and doesnt show zip file
Hi! Did you flashed latest android 11 firmware? I've lost wifi on Havoc 4.5 new OSS version and flashing latest firmware solved the problem.

U have to use latest twrp 3.5.1 or higher
After that flash stock miui rom
Boot into it then follow this process
Format data
Flash a11 firmware
Flash rom
Format data
Reboot recovery
Flash dm verity
(for flashing recovery you can use adb push to push the twrp.img into SD card then flash the img file into recovery partition)
To fix the wifi error you need to flash a11 frameware
To fix the error 1 you need to check unmount system before installing zip

I have a similar problem: WIFI does not work with ArrowOS in Redmi 9C, but I can boot ArrowOS smoothly.
I installed (i.e., flashed) following using OrangeFox ([email protected]_1.zip) :
The ArrowOS. Arrow-v12.1-garden-UNOFFICIAL-20220728-VANILLA.zip
The MIUI firmware for Android 11. fw_angelica_miui_ANGELICAGlobal_V12.5.4.0.RCRMIXM_e206a639c8_11.0.zip
The boot.img of the MUIU OS V12.5.4.0
I flashed the firmware and the boot.img because I read it might solve the WIFI problem. Anyway, the WIFI does not work. Any workaround?
It's sad because I cannot afford not having WIFI in my smartphone. There are other features that I might leave out, but WIFI is fundamental. So I find no other solution, I will have to flash another ROM (suggestions for ROMs with a working WIFI? )

Can't install Pixel Experience Custom Android 12

I have been struggling to install Pixel Experience Android 12 on my Poxo X3 NFC.
I had PE Android 11 before. When I tried to flash Android 12 I get following error
assert failed: update_dynamic_partition(package_extract_file("dynamic_partition_op_list"))
Updater process ended with ERROR: 1
Error installing zip file ...
What I tried
1, Install latest firmware
2. Format Data
3. Wipe data, dalvik, cache
3. Sideloading Custom Rom
Can someone help me to revive my device please?
Thanks a lot
Hello, on my wife's X3NFC I had to flash the latest Full ROM (12.5.7) via Fastboot.
Then I was able to install the lA12 PE. I don't know why I had to do this, but it worked.
She didn't like A12 PE and now A11 PE is running again on her Phone
Maybe (I heard about that) it works too, if you only flash the super.img from latest Fastboot-Image via Recovery.

I installed MIUI fastboot rom. Then I tried to flash PE A12 rom without any issues. But after successful completion, phone reboots to bootloader (Fastboot). Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
Can you please give me steps to install PE after you've installed MIUI fastboot rom?
1st installed latest MIUI via MiFlash
Booting successful into MIUI
Flashing TWRP in Fastboot-Mode
Booting into TWRP, install ROM, wipe Caches and format data.
Reboot Phone
i'm in this very predicament. Still on PE11 Plus Edition and can't flash PE12 giving me the very same ERROR. Can someone pls post the sure way to get this done properly? Links to roms that must be flashed first would be very appreciated...

My story and a couple of questions

Hi All,
I have a new-to-me Oneplus 7 Pro. I have been trying to get Lineage with MicroG running. Well it has been quite the adventure and I have it to the point where I have Lineage running fine, and go to reflash TWRP and have bricked the phone, which takes a bit of time to get back to the point of having Linage running again. Specifics:
Lineage version: lineage-19.1-20221219-microG-guacamole.zip
TWRP Versions: I have found that twrp-3.6.1_11-0-guacamole.img works since my phone is at Android 11.
My questions are:
Are TWRP versions tied to Android versions?
When I am trying to get the last version of TWRP installed I have tried 2 approaches:
fastboot flash recovery
fastboot flash boot
Neither worked, phone always ends up bricked. I have used:
TWRP-3.5.1-guacamole-Nebrassy-3.img
twrp-3.6.1_11-0-guacamole.img
twrp-3.6.2_11-0-guacamole.img
I also have tried to boot the images 1st using: fastboot boot twrp-3.6.1_11-0-guacamole.img
and that bricks things.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Ray

If you look at the official installation page for your phone, you will see that Lineage OS 20 and 19.1 are supported. So you should reinstall Lineage OS 18.1 again, and then follow the steps on this page. Don't bother reinstalling GAPPS until after you upgrade it.
If for whatever reason you don't want an Android version higher than 11, let me know.
I specifically don't want GAPPS or anything remotely Google related. I had tried OS 20 and found that I had a problem installing apps - probably user error, but I don't need the latest and greatest. I am currently at Android 11.
I will read through the instructions, although the number of tutorials I have gone through is craze.
Can you tell me what the relationship between TWRP and Android version is, and are you able to sus out what I did wrong with my efforts to get TWRP loaded over the lineage 19 version I was using?
Thanks
Ray

So I guess you don't want GAPPS, just MicroG. Definitely read through the instructions I gave you, as they are the official installation and upgrade instructions.
I would recommend installing Lineage OS 20, because it is the version that is being maintained right now.
I will attempt to guide you through the steps, but I need to know what your situation is right now: Is your bootloader unlocked? What OS do you have installed right now? What recovery are you using? etc.
I appreciate your help. Currently I am looking at a freshly updated phone with Android 11, and Oxygen 11.0.9.1.GM21AA.
The phone is a GM1917
Bootloader is unlocked and I am in developer mode. I have adb and fastboot loaded on my computer. I also have a working version of msm as I have bricked this thing 6 or 7 times...
Several times now, I have done the following:
Install TWRP
Install Lineage
Try and reflash TWRP <-- consistently fails at this point, gets stuck in a boot loop in the bootloader screen
Thanks
Ray

"Try and reflash TWRP" what do you mean, update the OS over TWRP?
I mean trying to re-install TWRP after installing Lineage

OK. Can you try following the installation instructions and skip the unlock bootloader step? Do so at your own risk, because the steps say you have to be on Android 12 first. If you do follow them, just make sure you follow them very carefully.

To my knowledge the guides that are provided on the TWRP site don't work for Android 12 and 13. From what I've heard, you have to root your phone and then install TWRP through Magisk.

Yeah, but I was just saying how they should probably reflash TWRP instead of how TWRP's site says to, which doesn't work

I know, but TWRP can be installed with Android 13 custom roms according to the TWRP thread.
