Hello and thank you for your support.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A01 (A015M), which I want to install TWRP and then flash GSI rom. I have already the bootloader unlock (thanks to android 11 update) and rooted it.
Does this TWRP works on A015M?? I am trying and I do not get pass from "File analysis.." from Odin with twrp.tar in AP.
Can you explain a little more how to disable AVB?
Thank you.
Edit: Still I can not pass over "File analysis" from Odin, so I will wait. Thank you.

how to disable avb? i have already unlocked and root my sma015f with android 11 without twrp.

You need to update to Android 11 first, then do the normal method to unlock (connect your smartphone to PC, enter in download mode and unlock).

Well, you can update to Android 11, unlock your bootloader and then go back to Android 10 flashing a stock rom with Android 10. You will get Android 10, and unlocked bootloader for root if you want, you do not lose unlock bootloader for flash android 10.
I did that, and now I have Android 10 with root.

Sorry for the wait, you need to descompress your AP file from your firmware, inside there is a bootloader.img (or similar name), put it in your smartphone then install Magisk (without root yet) and patch the file. Here there is better guide:
How to Root Samsung Galaxy A21s using Magisk (Android 11)
Samsung Galaxy A21s is a budget smartphone with great features and decent performance. But there are some limits to what the phone can do without rooting
magiskapp.com
(This also works for A015M)
You need to follow this guide from STEP 3, but give you time to read the full article.

How to get the rooted phone
Maybe you can refer @JBData's tutorial like this:
After many fails, I root my Nokia3.
- You must be easy with adb and fastboot and accept a full reset of your phone (data + soft).
- USB driver ok on your PC to connect device (device is always USB connected when roadacting)
- Be developper on your device (7 click on the series number), select USB debugging.
- Unlock your device (thanks to the_lazer), so you have the orange warning when starting.
- No need of TWRP. So many attempt with it, never succed. I even try, via the shell, the install-super.sh...
- Get the stock rom archive with this excellent post.
Here is my roadacts:
/ Install MagiskManager apk (MagiskManager-v5.5.5.apk) on your device.
/ Upload the boot.img file from the stock archive on your device.
/ In MagiskManager install Magisk and select the patch method.
/ Select the boot.img uploaded.
/ Upload the boot_patch.img file created on your PC.
/ Boot your device in recovery (power + volume up)
/ Select the full reset (data + soft) : You gonna loose everything on your device ! 3 partitions are formated : /data /nvdata...
/ Boot your device in recovery (power + volume up)
/ Select bootloader.
On your PC : fastboot devices -l, so you can see the connexion.
/ Re-flash all with the patch.
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (maybe it's not necessary, but I prefer full reset and del TWRP...)
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot_patched.img
fastboot reboot
/ Your device is (re)born.
/ let the config do.
/ Unactivate android update in the developper menu
/ In MagiskManager select install Magisk
/ You can do the check SafetyNet and so everything is green (If I could upload image, you would see)
/ Install RootChecker to confirm that your device is well rooted...

without bugs?
battery percentage seems to be wrong, can't decrypt originally encrypted USERDATA volume ( i'm believe it is okay ), but main things working - can install SR2-SuperSU-v2.79-SR2-20170103215521.zip and that all i want from it.
very important - not allow /system modification until supersu installation !
another note - can't enter recovery by combination volume-up + power button, if phone not connected to computer
How did you unlock it ?

Hi Volks!
I am new to Android - well, a bit late, lol. Could someone please clarify the procedure to root the TA-1032 with the assets provided in this thread?
Also, are there any caveats when using TWRP Recovery Firmware, like are official updates possible?

My advice is: DON'T do it ! At this moment there is no safe mode to have root on TA-1032 and the latest news
on the future OS on Nokia3 says the Oreo will be delivered and even Android P !! You will loose those if you proceed now with root and unlocking.
All the best !
So ... Wait and hope?

The Warranty is 2 years, the same time Nokia will provide updates to OS.So,why to rush damaging the phone ?
In 2 years will be enough time for the Wonderful guys from TeamWin to make a safe TWRP for Nokia 3.

Lol and how slower the phone will get with all those updates ?
If there are phones with OS versions older then the latest Google Android,it is a good motiv to rush to install a custom ROM build from the newest version of Android.
But its NOT the case for Nokia series who will have the latest OS for 2 Years !
Also I remind you that NOT the Android OS(pure on Nokia) is slowing down the phone-Its the apps:look at Facebook who was 8MB at the beginning and now consume a lot of resources-is almost 300 MB and is doing the same thing as was 8Mb .
All the best LOL !

but it's still better to have custom roms because they have a lot more customization, wider compatibility with apps (for example xposed), better performance, maybe better battery if greatly optimized for our devices.
Also if we flash some custom rom, data encryption will be automatically removed.

With encryption eliminated you'll have boost in performance but this boost is lost due to not so greatly optimization of unofficial roms.

Flash this official firmware through Odin if you have Exynos S8, and you'll get OEM unlock option.
I also manually updated to Oreo through this firmware and not through OTA. Also, note that flashing this will not wipe any of your existing data and also will not trip your knox

Does the Oreo update affect the the locked bootloader on the Snapdragon version? I thought it was impossible to install TWRP on the Snapdragon versions of the S8?

Try use AQK7 ( 4 file firmware + re-partition PIT)
In my case I 100% success returned form CRAP to AQK7.
OEM unlock is in dev settings, no RMM and FRP.
Powodzenia ^_^
I'm guessing this is not for the US snapdragon variant.
There's no way this can work on US Snapdragon, we don't have a OEM unlock option here.
Tired of the US locked bootloaders.
Next time I'll get a Exynos GS9 for sure.

TWRP trips Knox if I'm not mistaken.
i did this guide and everything is went good but when i restarted the phone it went to a softbrick and i had to do a restore...
the error was something on the original binary
to have the OEM option, will I have to go back to crap?
I have just tried this method and booted into TWRP but the screen was totally unresponsive, rebooted and still the same. I had to go back to Oreo.
How do I get around this problem?

[TA-1021] How to Install/Boot TWRP 3.2.3-0 (modded) for Pie and Root it

/!\DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK/!\
Recently, Nokia made us happy by fulfilling their promise to update our Nokia 6 to Android Pie. It's very exciting until you find out there is no way to root or even use TWRP on this device when Pie is installed.
Worry not, I've found a way to install TWRP and root our Nokia 6 using Magisk. Follow the guides below!
/!\ WARNING! This process requires you to unlock your Nokia 6 bootloader first. Bootloader unlock isn't officially available nor supported yet, so it is paid and MOST LIKELY you would have to downgrade your device first to Oreo with older security patch to unlock it (which requires more cash)
OK, if you are ready, proceed to next two threads for TWRP installations and root
=====================
Required files download:
• TWRP 3.2.3-0 patched for Nokia 6 Pie

> To install (replaces the stock recovery)
=======================
/!\ TWRP installs on today standards' phones are strongly discouraged by the community. To be safe, always mod your Android device when your modding companion devices - be it a PC or a laptop, are nearby and connectable to your phone. After all, it's up to you to install the TWRP or not. /!\
=======================
• Download the TWRP image from the link provided in the OP.
• Put your phone into fastboot mode
• Use the " fastboot flash recovery recovery_mod.img " command
• Done!
> To just boot (preserve stock recovery)
• Download the TWRP image from the link provided in the OP.
• Put your phone into fastboot mode
• Use the " fastboot boot recovery_mod.img " command
• Done! It should be booted to TWRP now.
/!\DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK/!\
• Root guide (untested) •
• Download both the Magisk Manager apk and the Magisk installer zip from the link in OP. Place it into your phone's internal storage.
• Install the Magisk Manager apk (you have to install the Manager first)
• Boot into TWRP (guide on above thread) or reboot to recovery (if you flashed TWRP, again the guide is on above thread)
• Back up your boot partition first (strongly recommended, but not mandatory)
• Flash the Magisk installer zip

3)extract boot.img from AP
4)patch the boot.img file with magisk
5)boot galaxy note 10 lite into download mode
5)install magisk patched file using odin
6)boot into recovery mode and wipe cache partition
Then you can boot as usually

I rooted my Galaxy Note 10 Lite in this same method while it was running android 10. I was actually afraid to follow the same method while running android 11. You have given me hope. I'll try your method then.

just wanted to note that root still works with android 13, just in case someone wonders.
i had rooted android 11 running, used odin to update to 13, then patched bootloader
and only flashed this via odin (no vbmeta this time). worked fine with me.

Question Root Oneplus 9 with android 12 already installed

Can i unlock the bootloader and then boot to twrp recovery (from pc) to install magisk.zip or does this not work for android 12 ?
TWRP not compatible with android 12, yet.
i presume you know that when you unlock the bootloader, your device will be reset to factory?
Yes I know that unlocking the bootloader will factory reset the device. Is there some recovery I can use with Android 12 ?
I can't find a guide on how to root from scratch android 12.

Didn't look very hard. I made this thread months ago. It's here in op9 section how to guide.
